Three Labadorite charms on dotty chain in silver.
I order the three Labadorite charms in silver on the little dotty chain thinking that I would have to put them on a longer one, but I have to say the chain is just the right length and is beautiful, and the charms are so pretty. I’m very please with them , I looked for along time before ordering then found a 10% discount code. So glad I ordered it is a beautiful piece of Jewelry.

The service was excellent and managed to change my order via email and pay the remainder and delivery was fast. The set that was ordered was also beautiful and well packaged - couldn’t recommend this company enough.

Products were of disappointing quality…
Products were of disappointing quality and the website isn’t well worded, especially re the fact that adding an initial pendant onto any product makes it non refundable. Not very customer friendly for an online based business.
Wouldn’t recommend this business.
Response to my review from this company is incorrect … the non refundable info is not in a prominent position on the site when accessed via a link from Instagram and their customer service team gave me no options whatsoever, it’s non refundable that’s it.

Thank you so much taking the time to feedback to us. While we encourage constructive feedback we are a little confused as every item with a disc clearly states in bold our non refundable policy, I’ve added it below;)
**If a disc is added then it is a bespoke, personalised product, and therefore can not be returned**
We’ve used this wording for years and have had no problems.
We are unable to refund a disc that was hand stamped as you requested. I know our customer service team did their very best offering lots of different options for you on a goodwill basis, of which non of them were suitable for you.
We are a small business and while we try our very best to exchange or refund where possible, when a customer has knowingly ordered a bespoke item it is unprofitable for us to refund this because it wasn’t suitable.
We are really proud of our 5 star feedback we normally get and are disappointed that you were not happy on this occasion.

Amazing jewelry
Amazing jewelry. So beautiful and well-made. I asked for it to be delivered promptly for my friend's birthday and it arrived 3 days later. This is the second necklace I've bought from them and I will definitely be ordering from Decadorn again.

Promptly changed , my error for which I am grateful it was dealt with swiftly and

They are breaking the law in not offering returns on pierced earrings! - Consumer Protection Act replaced the Distance Selling regs and only personalised items can not be returned.

Hello, we are really sorry to see this review after we spoke to you directly and thought the issue had been resolved. We are very clear on the website that we do not offer refunds on pieced earrings, we are upfront to customers that this is our policy. Once we sell earrings they are no longer able to be resold as the likelyhood is they have been tried on, we do work with customers to change the stone as this part can be easily swapped to something more suitable. I'm sorry on this occassion we didn't meet the outcome you were after.
