You get what you pay for...
The delivery was very quick and efficient.
However, massively and disgustingly overpriced for delivery.
I'm in WA and assume the chair was stocked in WA also. So $500+ for delivery is ridiculous.
The massage chair is what you expect for $1500. Noisy and as much pain as there is relaxation. Certainly would not recommend this product to friends or family.

Good quality and delivery time it's okay.

I haven't even gotten information for shipping yet and I ordered on the
26th Dec 21.

My item arrived in a couple days which was super impressive. Unfortunately however, the goods were defective. The support team at Deal Mates evaluated my return claim within 48 hours and organised a replacement. The service from Deal Mates has been excellent. I'm now waiting on my new package.

Buyer beware, Horrible!!! Don’t buy.

Brought my son an electric car for Xmas thinking it was a great price. After opening the quality of the product is made out of horrible plastic, it’s flimsy, dints and marks all over it. Only happy to offer me a change of mind refund if product was unopened, at my own cost to return shipping. Has product is heavy would cost me half of what I paid to return it.

Ordered a 4 piece outdoor garden setting. Order came in within a week, and was packed really well, especially the glass table. Chairs were easy to assemble, but the table took a little bit more effort, as the glass made it a more delicate procedure. All in all, very happy with it, as it looks very stylish. Hope it lasts as long as our other setting we had..20 years!

Product delivered reasonable time frame.yet to try it the quality of the wheels is poor and hopefully it runs good and the self propelled part works but we'll see?
