Andrew was brilliant. A very thorough survey of our potential property, very professional and responsive to emails afterwards. We are really happy with the level 3 survey report produced. It was extremely detailed, over 100 pages with excellent photos and very clearly set out making it easy to read. I would recommend it to all!

A very good surveying service. I used DBISS in May 2022 for a house purchase in West Sussex.

Had a level 3 RICS survey made on a property and Andrew has a very good eye for detail. He listened to what my specific concerns were and produced a very detailed report. Really good way of getting the basic information together to get some quotes or look online for costs of improvement. He also answered a couple questions on the report afterwards. Very impressed with the service. Also small what seems to be family run business which is great to support.

Quick response. Consistantly available to respond to questions and querys. Good report feedback and issued within the designated 5 days. Gave good sound advice and report on items you do not look at as a home buyer and as such gave us confidence relating to what we needed to know relating to our proposed purchase. Andrew and Olivia were great from start to finish. We had a level three survey carried out on a property we are purchasing. A few days later a comprehensive 95 page report of the property came through which had every little detail on it. Great service offered from both of them, I would highly recommend and use them again. They had a cancellation roughly a week before the date we was originally booked in for, they called me to see if we would want it to be carried out earlier to which I agreed but they unfortunately couldn't gain access to the property. All of this for a very competitive price!

Excellent service and good value for money.
Andrew responded very quickly to our initial enquiry and booked in the survey with our estate agent very quickly. He promptly called me to give me feedback on the day he conducted the survey, and provided the full detailed report within 5 days. Very reasonable price.

Excellent value for money. We got the survey while on holiday, hence took us a while to review it throghout. When then tried to do a follow-up, could not get hold of the company for a few questions. Will defo change this to 5 stars if and when we can have a quick chat.

Andrew was extremely responsive when contacting about a survey.

We found Andy from Dbiss very professional and probably was the most important person we have been involved with during a very difficult house buying journey. He was able to review our purchase at short notice and provided us with a verbal breakdown of all the issues in a short timeframe, whilst we waited for the written report. This helped us prioritize and budget our property. he was able to communicate the property needs in a down to earth non technical manner. We recommend Dbiss and would advise instruct a Surveyor as the first step in the house buying journey!

Positive experience with DBISS! Was called to discuss the findings of the survey on the day of the level 3 inspection and was updated on the major things that would be included in the report. Received the report just under a week later which is very quick given the sheer scale of the report… over 100 pages!

DBISS was the most competitive price I found online as it included estimates of costs, which most companies charge more to do.

Option of drone footage as well (which we didn’t feel we personally needed on the property) so that’s a great extra if you’d like to see more in detail evidence of tops of buildings.
