I was very pleased with the response to my initial inquiry. It was just a couple of days before the surveyor was here to carry out an inspection. It was thorough and in terms which I could follow and fully understand. The report was with me within a few days, well laid out complete with photos. I have no hesitation to fully recommend Dbiss should you have a need . Costwise, very acceptable and less expensive than most.

Great experience with DBISS. Andrew gave a reasonable quote, fitted us in very quickly for the survey and delivered a really thorough and useful report in the agreed timescale. The phone call on the day of the survey was particularly helpful and gave a really clear indication. We were able to effectively negotiate the price with the seller and go in with our eyes open.

Andrew and Livia are a great team. I made an initial enquiry on 02.01.25, the level 3 survey was undertaken on 13.01, Andrew called and shared the key findings on 14.01 and I had the comprehensive report in my hand on 20.01.

Using DBISS was such a smooth and pleasant experience. They scheduled the survey really quickly, and Andrew called me afterward to walk me through the main findings.

A very efficient process. The company were recommended by a relative and lived up to expectations. The survey was carried out speedily the initial feedback clear and prompt. Full report was with me a week later, easy to understand and providing a simple list of work needed, indicative cost and urgency.

I chose this company simply because they were the cheapest quote and had great reviews! They were great, Andrew carried out a really detailed level 2 home buyers survey and called me the same evening to give me a rough idea of how it went. The report was then sent to me around 4-5 days later, it was very comprehensive complete with pictures of defects etc.

Andrew delivered a very comprehensive RICS Level 3 survey for myself with a very quick turnaround. I could tell his report covered every detail. Compared to other quotes his price was also extremely competitive. I would recommend Andrew to anyone who wants to know what they’re walking into before purchasing a property.

Considering I work within the property industry myself and am often weary of people in this field, I have to say how delighted I was with the service that Andrew provided. Level 2 Survey.
Because of the expertise and knowledge of what Andrew has, he saved me from buying a property which (on the surface) seemed fine but what with all the underlying problems and faults he found (and a defective Lease) I decided not to go ahead with the purchase. I found another property and used Andrew again. Finally, I am now buying a lovely property for myself. Andrew always rings you on the day after he has done the survey with his feedback and you receive the report very shortly after that. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew to anyone who is looking for a Surveyor. Also, thank you to his wife too as she is his backbone on the administrative side of things.
