DB FREELANCE LTD Recensioni

From start to finish this company offered excellent service.

We were given options to consider and once we settled on one a quote was sent quickly & was clear.

They were then able to sort a date for us at short notice due to our situation changing.

The removal men on the day were friendly and professional and worked incredibly hard.

There was then a slight complication with storing one of our items which Darren liaised with the storage place and resolved for us.

We will be moving again soon and will be using DB again with no hesitation. A great service that was good value for money.

Could not fault the delivery service from start to finish would highly recommend. I put the wrong number house on my order and Darren sorted it with out a problem. The delivery slot countdown tracking system was excellent. Thank you .

Despite an initial hiccup with the delivery address, DB Freelance have bent over backwards to ensure my order was dispatched and delivered on the next available date. So credit where credit is due, I would thoroughly recommend them and their commitment to ensure customers receive their goods in a timely and professional manner.

Reliable, punctual and good communication. Thank you!

Such a great service, so friendly and helpful, both with their customer service and with the delivery, the driver was brilliantly helpful. So refreshing to be able to speak to helpful polite people, which is so lacking in most other companies. Great communication, and delivery on time. Highly recommend.

Had my bin store delivered by DBFreelance, excellent delivery. Great communication. Received a text message prior to delivery with date and a call from the driver before it came. The driver was polite and efficient putting the item where specified. Would definatly recommend and use again.

The perfect delivery! An email the day before, which I could easily reply to. Delivered when I was out within the window specified, neatly stacked to side of driveway just as I’d asked. Photos of delivery straight to my mobile. We have had so many deliveries during our house, these guys get top marks!

I have used DB freelance to assist my home moving. They have proved to be very flexible during a very stressful house move and the service I received was amazing. The team always seem to happy advice, and don’t come across as pushy or sales focused. Just nice people delivering a good service.

Very good. Delivery driver was able to deliver the shed I ordered even though I was out, rang me and asked where I would like it left.
Would use again. Thank you!

Fantastic service provided. Courier was polite and helpful. contacted me 1 hour before delivery. Placed my deliver exactly where I needed it.

Communication prior to arrival was excellent. The night before we were contacted with a time for arrival and again confirmed on the morning.
