Dont use this company. Duped into thinking its a UK company but the poor quality and small sizing items come from China. You have to pay for returns. My XL item fitted my size 10/12 daughter!. They offered me a 10% discount on future orders and I could keep the item (no good to me as didnt fit) and then kept offering up to 50% discount code on future orders and a cash refund of 15% after I kept asking for a full refund. Amazon accept returns and 100% refund. If D&C are going to offer an online service then they should offer full refunds for wrongly sized and poor quality items. Just look at all the reviews, I didnt because I thought it was a legit UK company. Oh and the items take weeks to come! They dont deserve a one star review.

I ordered a dress that does not reflect the picture shown on their website. The material and stitching are extremely poor, and the item is nothing like what was advertised. I feel that I have been completely scammed.

Received the wrong size shoe then I was expected to pay a charge even though it was their error.
When I complained I got a second email to say if I ordered a new pair the credit would be put against this and I assumed wrongly that they would refund the second charge, weirdly no response so do not get conned by this Company

I waited nearly 6 weeks for my 'beautiful well made orthopaedic sandals', they arrived this morning, at first I burst out laughing as I thought it was some kind of joke, but then I was shocked and horrified at this utterly cheap TAT, flimsy, poorly made and although I ordered a 7 to allow plenty of room I couldn't get even the toes of my small 5½ feet into them, they are marked size 41 (7) but are clearly more a size 3, but even if you could get them on they would fall apart within hours.
I made the stupid mistake of trusting the posh name and website but didn't check the returns policy, I now discover you have to return them to China at a cost of over £20, WHO is going to do that on a pair of £25 sandals ???? SO you lose out on the cost and they keep the money !! This is the ULTIMATE SCAM , they must be making serious bucks out of scamming hundreds if not thousands of trusting customers.
I can laugh at myself for being so stupid getting conned, luckily it was only £25 , but I won't get caught again !!!
AVOID THIS FALSE ADVERTISING, SCAMMING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!! And don't bother emailing them, emails just bounce back !! They are too busy laughing about how much money they have scammed.
Please don't take any notice of their reply, I cannot get through to them at all, they have NO intention of refunding me.

The telephone doesn't answer, the date of the delivery doesn't get populated, and they misrepresent that the goods come from China. A chargeback is the only way forward with this kind of scam company.

Very misleading company
It took four weeks to arrive. The trainers were not the quality I expected so I requested a refund.
Return to be sent to China therefore far more expensive than the actual item thus incurring additional expense.
I was offered a 20% refund and able to keep the substandard product.
I will not be using Davies and Cooper again

I ordered some sandals thinking I was buying from a UK based company. The order took weeks to arrive. As soon as I collected my parcel I knew the quality would be poor. The package was so light. The sandals were made of poor quality materials with poor quality finishing. I have looked into returning the item but it looks like I have to pay to return the item to China. The cost includes taxes etc and it looks like the charge will be about £20 😳What a great business plan they have. Market an item implying made in UK. Make it as cheaply as possible knowing that if the customer is unhappy they won’t return the item to China due to ridiculously high charges. I feel completely ripped off.

Awful quality, terrible customer service they fob you off with "They are on the way" emails and believe me many emails were sent. FALSE ADVERTISING- They advertise as a UK business saying shoes will arrive quickly when in fact they are coming from CHINA! I chose this company because it seemed to have a good English name. I was disappointed - my shoes arrived today after 3 weeks. I can't wear them because I can't get my feet into them. Poor quality, wrong sizing & goodness knows where they came from - says Ireland, China - but language on the shoes seems to be Eastern European or South America - who knows. Stay clear of this company. They are trading on a name which says 'good quality' but the goods are anything but. Would never buy from them again. Be warned - don't be taken in (like me) by the name.

Do not buy from this company!
This company should not be allowed to continue trading. I ordered what looked like a good quality pair of ladies size 9 shoes 3 weeks ago but what I received today is a lightweight pair of shoddy plastic rubbish. There is no indication of size anywhere on the shoes but I would estimate them to be a size 4 or 5. They came in a plastic bag inside an obviously reused Jiffy bag.
In their small print this company state that they do not cover the cost of returns. A wise if unethical move on their part as I would imagine that if all the products they sell are of a similar quality they would no longer be trading.

Scammers- Don't fall for them like I did
Don't fall for them like I did! They company name and company address in Wembley leads you to believe, stupidly, that they are a UK based company. They are NOT they are in China. I ordered sandals, they took 20 days to arrive, they are absolute rubbish quality, they were £22.46 and worth about £2..... if that! Delivered all bashed up and squashed.
Their refund policy seems to expect the buyer to pay for return to China 🤷
I am claiming a refund via PayPal.
Avoid like the plague, they are scammers
