Good product but inferior to others on the market.
It's a good product. There are better options with more features available to appraisers for less money.

Missing data
Missing data. Issues with transferring the correct data. Your updates changes the formats. Data on MLS and tax record doesn't transfer over. You don't offer the cost approach like other data entry companies do. Now having issues bringing up tax record to transfer. If i had another choice I would use another company but since I am limited to why my software allows.

doesnt fill in all fields for some reason it doesn't fill all fields on listings and pending sales. it use to fill out all fields but now?

It has some issues transferring some data in some forms but typically very good in the 1004 and 1073

spoke at length about the problem and apparently because I do not have a higher status thru bright it will not integrate with datamaster. Not willing to pay excessive fees so will find another program.

We worked with BrightMLS to get all member types access to the data for our program. It should be working for you now. Thanks for your comments and your patience.
Really enjoy Data Masters
Really enjoy Data Masters. Makes my report time quicker and can easily type 3 reports and be done by late afternoon and spend some family time. I can go out and do 2 inspections and type them up on the same day and still have some time available.
