Before March 2025, I had no technical background and was coming from a completely different field. My journey into technology started when I enrolled in the DevOps Engineering program at Darey.io, and it has been one of the best career decisions I have made.

I gained practical experience working with Linux, Git, GitHub, AWS Cloud services, networking, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, security concepts, and real-world DevOps workflows. The use of team pods led by a team lead fostered strong collaboration among team members, just like in real-world organisations.

This assisted me to be consistent with my DevOps journey, while I await externship with Darey.io I will go back to all my projects documentation to solidify my skills.

The learning process was easy. I had great teachers and they were always available to help explain whatever I found difficult.
