What I ordered vs.What I got
I was excited to have received my order earlier than expected…however,I was disappointed to note that one of the Items I ordered was exchanged for a wrong one…I had ordered for a snail mucin and a sun screen but got 2 sunscreen instead with no snail mucin.

I like their prompt delivery when orders are placed. But I hate the fact that face moisturizer set has been on sold out for over 2months without any hope or sign of restocking leaving customers stranded and in search of alternatives to use as moisturizer

I was expecting my order in 12-15 days until I got a call that my order has arrived.
I wasn't expecting it anytime soon. I was actually skeptical about making the order in the first place because of the number of days for delivery. I am glad I didn't change my mind. Can't wait to start using my products 💃💃
