From ordering until delivery I cannot fault this service. I was updated regularly regarding the delivery of a bulk bag of stones. I had asked that the bulk bag be placed in the front garden. However, on the delivery day I was not at home, I received a call from the delivery driver. He mentioned there was a car parked near the drop off and this would mean he may be unable to drop the bag in the garden. However, he actually enquired who belonged to the car and asked if they could move it. He went above and beyond as he could have just dropped the bag in the street. I would definitely recommend this service.

Very helpful
