Always happy with the service. People are great and always very accomodating.

I was accepted as a new NHS patient on Monday and was seen on Tuesday for an impacted wisdom tooth. The reception staff gave me a warm welcome and I was seen by Aiasha who was the NHS dentist for the day. She dealt with me professionally and referred me to a specialist Dentist who could extract the wisdom tooth after examination. I was so relieve to have found a team that could help me so quickly as I had been in pain for over a week. I will be returning for a full check up soon.

A great experience (if one can say that about a dental visit). I broke a tooth and all fixed in under 24hrs. The staff were all cheerful and helpful.

Staff professional and service second to none . I needed emergency appointment and they fitted me in next day!

Had to have some work done yesterday and as always Sam and the team were very attentive with great care and complete treatment.

Visited this practice with my granddaughter for her first visit to the dentist. Could not have asked for a better experience for her. Lovely Huan made her feel so welcome and happy. She is looking forward to going to the dentist again which is a great!

Visited the hygienist, Karen yesterday. Really gentle and put me completely at ease. I can't thank her enough for helping me overcome a dread of dental visits! All the other staff I have encountered at the practice have always been kind, helpful and professional

Really good hygienist apptmt, with Jason. Have always had really sensitive teeth and last hygienist a long time ago left me in pain ( not this practice ) and I had avoided the hygienist ever since. But this was great, effective but gentle. And a quick check up with Ali after. All good. Helpful friendly reception staff. Nice clean space.

I always go to the dentist with a little less fear since I have had Adrianna, she is so gentle and reassuring when I go there, she knows that in the past I have not always had a good experience, but now I have her she has put my anxieties to one side, and even though I still don't really like having anything done at least I know that I am in good hands with her.

My husband was a Patient at Cowes and has been transferred to Ryde, no consultation. Both Practices have receptionists that aren't really bothered at welcoming you, rarely answer the phone and their main focus is cancelling appointments and chasing payments. My husband has always had to pay for treatments up front and refunded afterwards if not all the treatment is needed. At his last appointment for a rear molar extraction, the Dentist tried to extract the tooth on the opposite side. It seems the paperwork was incorrectly filled out. After multiple attempts to remove the correct tooth, the Dentist called for assistance, it was eventually pulled out but left my husband with severe bruising to his cheek and an ache still present more than a week later. Neither of us are impressed and certainly won't recommend Damira. They are only interested in profit.

The best dental surgery I have been to. Damira is very caring, the receptionists are very polite and friendly. My Dentist has kept my teeth and dentures in good condition.

All the staff were understanding and had good empathy. Natalia Calmic was my dentist and explained all my options. Shu Han Yang was my hygienist , and with her assistant, they treated me so considerately and gave me time and adjusted their working practice to make my appointment as easy as possible.

I used to be scared of the dentist but I’m not no longer? I’ve a great experience with you and your helpful staff? Will highly recommend your dentist for our family members and friends? I’m very pleased with the service you have provided for me going forward king regards?

I had a great experience at this dental clinic. Doctor Pavel Plotnic took the time to understand my concerns and guided me accordingly, explaining things clearly and making me feel comfortable and reassured.

The staff were friendly and professional throughout my visit, which made the overall experience very positive. I would happily recommend this clinic to anyone looking for attentive and professional dental care.

The hygienist was very friendly, polite, provided good explanation and feedback and was very gentle. Everything you want from a hygienist.

I would have 5-starred Damira this time but without advising me they cancelled my routiine checkup and I was left to rebook an emergency app’t as one of my teeth had shed a filling - That’s the 3-star review.
The 5-star review (rendering an oversll 4-star rating) resulted from my ‘emergency’ appointment where I was shown the upmost understanding and sympathy about my cancelled appointment. The dentist very kindly completed my routine check-up and refilled not only the tooth that was worrying me, but a second tooth which had a loose filling. This was exceptional service from my usual dentist and deserving of the highest review score. Thank you Dr E. S.

Staff members were all very friendly and helpful. My new denture was produced after a very brief wait, and small alterations were made to ensure that it fitted me well. When I went to the desk to pay, I asked for a full statement so that I could arrange for payment from my insurance. This arrived by email shortly after I got home, and claim arranged.

I booked an 8am appointment. But when I arrived the receptionist told me it had been cancelled. I have no evidence that this was correct. I did get an appointment later in the day.
Very much more concerning is the poor state of the decor and the dental surgery. 10 years ago it was all new and perfect. It now looks very tired. I worry that i am having implant surgery in that environment.

Receptionist was polite and very helpful, hygienist was very good and polite, then I had check up all good and new appointment made for fillings.
