Kris and I have collaborated on sourcing deals and Kris has also found deals in have added to my own portfolio.
Kris communications is fast, he is very reliable and a man of his word. He knows property in his area and beyond inside out and is always giving solid advice. I would highly recommend working with Kris on any venture. He is also the first to take responsibility and ownership if anything goes wrong.

Kriss has been an absolute life saver for me on a property which I owned. I won't go into all the details, however Kriss has helped me out more than he can imagine. Expat Based Abroad - Wanting to Get Into Property!

I met Kris through Linkedin following his recent work..... I was looking to get into the property game but didn't really know where to start. Right from the initial phone call I noticed Kris was passionate and genuine about his work, he guided me through the whole process with such thing as a silly question. Had a deal agreed with Kris and due to the lender later down-valuing the property the deal fell through. This was after we had paid all fees to Kris. Kris was extremely helpful, trustworthy and genuine throughout the whole process and refunded every penny even though the deal falling through was no fault of his own.
