Got recommended Kris through a friend. One stop shop from sourcing, renovation, to renting.

As an investor based in Dubai, the main worry for me is finding a Sourcer I can trust as I live 8 hours away on a plane.

Have spoke to Kris for sometime and he has gotten me 3 deals now. He has efficient teams from brokers to insurance agents to lawyers , always on hand to help with any advice and has had build teams covered from Newcastle to Stirling.

He actually buys himself which is refreshing to see someone put there money where their mouth is as he’s in the process of buying a deal I was going to buy but on reflection didn’t hit my strategy.

Kris brought me a portfolio through a mutual contact which I happily paid a sourcing fee for. The seller ran into an issue and after 6 months of waiting it looked like things weren’t going to go ahead.
