I still have not received my order, have called the contact number listed and it is busy on SEVERAL occasions, no email response(S) back, tracking number does NOT work. Terrible experience and I will never shop from this site again.

Place my order on December 9 for my seven-year-old son for Christmas and it is now January 1 and I still have not got the item

Took almost a month to get my product. I tried calling two numbers one said line is busy call later, the other would just hang up. Tried emailing several times finally went through. Days later got a response. Do not order from here!!!

Finally received the correct item

I ordered shoe for my granddaughter for Xmas it said they were arrive before Christmas but they didn't very sad

I ordered an outfit for my daughter for Christmas well over a month ago and it never arrived. I tried to contact the company twice and no one responds! I should have read the reviews before I ordered. Trying to cancel my order but can't get a hold of this company. I do not want cheap items from China, when they made it sound like they were a company from the US. They only have a return address located in the US.
Update 12/30: Not the greatest quality, but the order finally arrived. Unfortunately, not in time for the holidays. Very confusing on the shipping-never an arrival date mentioned. It would have been nice if they responded when I tried to contact them.

Never received $80 product. Tried to email the company multiple times with no response.

They have made up numbers and can't be reach and basically took my money for my daughter christmas shoes.

They communicated extremely well and got my delivery quicker than anticipated

SCAM!!!!! Originally purchased from Baltimore Closets. I got a tracking email from Dalabshop.com saying my order has been sent. It's been a loooong time so I tried contacting, fake number. Also, there's no such thing as Baltimore Closets.

Never received item and get no reply back as to why it was never shipped

This company did a fantastic job on the oilers duvet we ordered!!

Initialement, compte-tenu des avis peu réjouissants déposés à l'encontre de cette boutique, j'étais réticent à y passer la moindre commande. Je me suis finalement lancé, et j'ai bien fait ! Ma commande comportait une paire de rideaux ainsi qu'une housse pour couette et pour oreillers. Une fois encore ; par la faute des avis péjoratifs, j'ai stressé tout au long du traitement de ma commande, pensant que celle-ci ne me parviendrait jamais, pire ; que le travail serait de piètre qualité. Or, il en fut tout autre ! Je suis satisfait au point de renouveler une belle commande sur l'année 2023 ! Déjà, les Conseillers n'ont pas hésité à utiliser un traducteur pour pouvoir converser avec moi, et mieux encore ; afin de m'apporter le meilleur éclairage possible quant aux questions techniques que j'ai pu leur poser. Leurs conseils avisés ont été judicieusement prodigués ; la commande correspondait parfaitement à ce que je recherchais ! Je n'attribuerai pas 5 étoiles parce que le motif sur la housse de couette était un peu trop étiré et pas aussi net que celui des housses d'oreillers. J'espère que la netteté des motifs sur les rideaux et les housses ne s'estomperont pas au fur-et-à-mesure des lavages. En tout cas, je suis agréablement surprise par ce superbe résultat d'impression.

Do not order from this company. I placed an order on November 9 and it is December 7 and I still have not received my order. Beyond frustrating!

After reading site reviews I am not confident I will be acquiring my order. After reading reviews, I attempted to contact customer service by phone and line was constantly busy as I had read. I used the online chat feature and I expressed I wanted a refund and was told I could not get one as the order passed 24 hours since it was placed. I received an email update with the status of my order being changed to shipped. Coincidence? The tracking info does not show a thing. I will be contacting my bank to file a dispute.

Never received the rug!!!!!!!! This is now the second time I have sent this!!!!!!!

The comforter I received is more like a sheet instead of a comforter. I have tried to contact company and still no response. Will never buy something like this online again.
