I received my Dainely belt! I appreciated having a tracking # so I knew a timeline for shipping. I realized I ordered the wrong size. Loved the feel and make of the belt. I emailed the returns department and they are working to get me the size I needed. Quick response with communication for the return.

Free from Sciatica pain

After suffering sciatica pain for a couple of years I purchased a Dainely belt after wearing the belt for only 2 hours the pain was gone it was amazing the best thing I ever did now I wear it everyday for a few hours and am pain free I recommend the belt to anyone don’t suffer in pain try the belt for yourself

Excellent belt

Excellent belt.

Sciatica belt does work

My wife has sciatica pain and was skeptical when I saw the ad for this belt but I decided to give it a try. My wife now swears by it as it does help relieve her sciatica pain. On a recent 10 hour flight to Japan she wore the belt and had no problems with any pain. Unfortunately the Velcro fastening system lost its gripping power but after contacting Dainely through its messaging support they have agreed to provide a replacement.

It works Great! From a Skeptic to a loyal customer!

I've seen their online ads for a while and was quite skeptical. The pain down my legs got so bad that I can't put on my socks or tie my shoe laces with out assistance. I was determine to not be loaded up with pain pills as my doctor recommended. I finally decide to try it when I saw their discounted price.
It was amazing - works after wearing it a few hours a day for less than a week. It's easy to put on and take off and totally not noticeable under my clothes.

I saw the advertisement via social…

I saw the advertisement via social media and was very interested in this product after seeing all the reviews on this I decided to place an order for one of these Dainely belts and mine was delivered this weekend gone and have to say I am very impressed with this Item indeed a very well made belt and dose exactly what it's supposed to do so that's why I've given this a well deserved 5 star rating.

Late Order acknowledgement/ confirmation

I had placed an order, made the entire payment through Apple Pay.

Now, It has been a day long (14th Aug) since the order is placed, but still no order confirmation nor acknowledgement. No order number, shipment, tracking or any such particulars have been given to me so far. I was hoping that as soon as I place the order I will get some kind of email acknowledgement. But none so far. Only what I still get are marketing emails every day.

But, still I have now written an email. I am hoping that they will be able to trace the order, and acknowledge the issue. I have checked all possible email folder including Junk mail as well.

Hence awaiting their response.

Updating on 15th Aug: I have now received order acknowledge and order number. It is now mentioned in the email is that order will ship on 6 to 14 days. I will wait

I purchased a belt for my back 18/07/24…

I purchased a belt for my back 18/07/24 It did not help at all .I used their contact mail telling them... I also asked how to return belt. and claim refund under the guarantee .....a phone call and three e- mails... still no acknowledgement Their e-mail addresses ( 2) do not seem to work
My confirmation order number was181990 ....I will try another e- mail or phone call today...... .Dainley have now contacted me by e-mail. 09/08/24. They offer me a 50% refund and tell me Iam welcome to keep the Belt. This offer is contingent to the deletion of my review on Trustpilot. They then inform me about returning the item ......I bear all expenses for postage,packing, labels etc .Though the item in question could have been worn for up to 60 days, it has to be returned in pristine condition in original packing As I have said elsewhere Iam 83 years old House bound and do not enjoy good health....this was supposed to be a hassle free purchase with an "Ironclad 60 day money back guarantee"Iam now left out of pocket with a" belt" which is of no earthly use to me.
