Missed out 5 products on my order not sending them , and sent 3 Cantella when I ordered just one! Sent me no face creams of corsx, missing face gel wash . The whole order they sent me was a mess .
I didn’t bother contacting them either for correction as took like 3 weeks to even get my order to point I messaged them and asked if I’m getting it .
Do not order from this company . They took my money and didn’t send me half of my products in my order , it’s terrible .

The WORST COMPANY EVER. They don’t respond or answer the calls. Their webchat is so bad. Highly unprofessional. Been over 20 days, I placed an order and I have no received anything. Horrible horrible experience. Don’t ever order anything from this company.

Lamentable, une entreprise de voleur. J'ai annulé une commande, ils me disent rembourser PayPal alors que j'ai payé en carte bancaire. Ils volent votre argent et vous réponde '' voir avec votre banque '' mais qu'ils voient avec leur comptable avant de sortir des dingueries pareilles.
Dommage j'appréciais les produits mais je sens que ça va finir en plainte s'ils me rendent pas mon argent.

Ça fait plus d'une semaine arrêtez de prendre les gens pour des c*ns avec des remboursements que vous annulez !!!!!

Ich habe kürzlich ein Jo Malone-Geschenkset bei ihnen bestellt. Nachdem ich die Bestellung aufgegeben hatte, schaute ich mir die Bewertungen an und war schockiert, wie negativ sie sind.Ich wollte die Bestellung stornieren, aber es funktionierte nicht mehr. Ich habe das Paket nach ca. zweieinhalb Wochen erhalten und es ist völlig in Ordnung. Unbeschädigtes Originalprodukt, ich habe sogar den Chargencode überprüft.
So habe ich ein Originalprodukt zu einem sehr günstigen Preis erhalten.

Cette boutique est une arnaque. Après une très longue attente, j'ai reçu seulement en partie ma commande. Un produit n'a pas été envoyé, l'autre était tout brisé.

Le site affiche une politique très claire de retours gratuits et faciles alors que c'est faux. J'ai tenté de communiquer avec l'entreprise pour expliquer la situation, ils ont été très impolis, m'ont dit que si je n'étais pas contente de renvoyer la commande à mes propres frais, à une adresse d'un particulier complètement différente qui n'est pas une entreprise. Depuis, ils ne me répondent plus, impossible de les rejoindre.

Ne pas les encourager, de la fraude pure et dure!

Anstatt Haarbad von Kersatase Loreal 1000 ml für 88,11€ erhielt ich BilligkinderklamottenSchätzwert: 15€. in einem Plastikbeutel ohne Absender und Retourenschein aus Hong Kong. Lt. Käuferschutz v. Paypal muss ich nun die Chinaware für mind. 25€ zurückschicken, um mein Geld zurückzubekommen und Kosten f. d. teure Rücksendung nach China selbst tragen. (Die Absenderanschrift erhielt ich von Paypal Käuferschutz) ohne Gewähr, dass diese dort ankommen wird od. ob diese korrekt ist. Möglicherweise ist d. Absender eine Fakeanschrift.
Alternativ kann ich mir ja aber auch die Haare mit Kinderklamotten waschen. 😒
Also nix dort einkaufen. Vorsorglich habe ich den Fall zur Anzeige gebracht.
Tja in solchen Fällen ist man bei Paypal nicht wirklich geschützt.

Faites attention et n’achetez pas sur ce site! J’ai acheté un sérum pour les cils Revitalash que j’utilise depuis des années, j’ai reçu un produit qui a une apparence tout à fait normale et semble original à première vue. Cependant une fois ouvert l’odeur forte de l’alcool et la texture collante m’ont fait tout de suite douter. J’avais chez moi encore le produit original dont j’ai pu comparer et cela n’a rien à voir. J’ai contacté le service client en expliquant le problème qu’ils ont bien évidemment nié, de plus la personne qui répond est très grossière et désagréable.
Les retours ne sont pas gratuits comme le site indique mais à votre charge. Les articles proviennent de Chine.
Bref, site à éviter!

They kept my money and never send me the item. Their contact details are really shady. It is definitely scam.

I have ordered crest 3d white and finally has arrived a month later, i have to admit that from my side i didnt went to collect it at the Post Office on time, i mean i went after 15 days cos due to Cocid19 i was not able to leave home for the nearest Post office and when finally i was able to make it, it was too late already and the item has been returned, so since then i have been calling, texting and emailing the customer service of Daibeauty looking for solutions and it seems that they does not exist, no body replay , its very frustrating and now reading those reviews in which it said that the product its fake... after all im not surprised, all i want is my fck money back!! I have paid 40€ and i want them back, i will try my best to make my complain arrived to the European Comerce Chamber,

I received a different item, which I was allowed to keep. Despite the error occured while processing my order, Daibeauty refunded me the entire purchase price.

I ordered Crest 3D Whitestrips Professional Effects which says removes 14 years of stains and this company sent me another product of Crest which i have found no where on the internet so clearly they sent me a fake product.
