When things go wrong...customer service is NON existent and you will suffer. You will be refused a full refund. You will be spoken to online as if you are an idiot or a child or someone who has no right to be given quality customer service.
Let me explain.
My partner and I have just moved to Alicante in Spain and in advance, purchased a mattress through Leroy Merlin which happened to be on Dagostino's marketplace page.
Delivery was supposed to be 2 days after we moved in on 1st December and having stayed at a hotel for 4 days, we would then be able to enjoy the mattress on the bed that Leroy Merlin had already delivered a few days earlier.
The mattress didn't arrive. We were home all day and evening.
We asked Dagostino to investigate and their foolishly named delivery company, ON TIME, said they had tried to deliver. But this was a lie.
We were home for 2 weeks at a house where many different delivery people and tradespeople came to our new house to do work or to deliver or to quote for jobs.
For 2 weeks we desperately tried to get the mattress to be delivered and they did not deliver. We are 60 and 69 years old and had to make a makeshift mattress out of seat cushions and cardboard. It was SO uncomfortable. Every day Dagostino said the mattress would be delivered and every day we waited. Nothing. In the end, our frustration and discomfort was SO much that Leroy Merlin advised us to cancel the order and get a full refund as Dagostino had failed to deliver our order.
We cancelled. Asked for a refund and went to the Maxcolchon shop to buy a mattress which is WONDERFUL.
We had to ask for our refund and it did not come.
Finally they said they would make the refund yesterday (6 weeks after delivery was supposed to happen) and they kept 50 Euros of our money!! Because, they say, their terms and conditions allow them to do this if the item is not faulty or if the delivery issue is not their fault. This is not acceptable.
We are still fighting to get the 50 Euros returned.
The delivery company they used has the worst reputation in Spain.
So my advice....avoid Dagostino because they don't care about their customers. They do not see the bigger picture that is customer service.
They failed me. They took my money. I am deeply disappointed.
You know what's just as worse as the above? They just don't get it. They don't seem to understand the trouble this has caused us...perhaps they don't care.
AN UPDATE:
Dagostino is still trying to defer blame to me and to the carrier (who is their supplier not mine).

YOU HAVE NOT ATTEMPTED DELIVERY. WE WERE HOME FOR 2 WEEKS. I have now posted on Trustpilot as you refuse to listen to the truth. During the time you were supposed to deliver, the following companies SUCCESSFULLY delivered or arrived at our property for meetings: 1. Movistar (2nd December 2025) 2. Black Star Security Systems (3rd December) 3. John Liam Doherty, Locksmith (3rd December) 4. Jack Cookson - MiSolar - solar power - (3rd December) 5. Carlos - bed fitter from Leroy Merlin (4th December) 6. Poda en Altura - Tree surgeons (5th December) 7. Juan of Don Canalon (5th December) 8. Carrefour - Deliveries of television; washing machine; dishwasher (9th December) 9. CCTV and Alarm installation (10th December) 10. Sergio of Leroy Merlin - Bathroom assessment and measurement (11th December) 11. Javi from Black Star Security (15th December) How is it that all of these people arrived at our house with no problems and yet your delivery company did not? You and your delivery company have made no attempt to deliver. You gave me the delivery company details BUT THEY WOULD NOT SPEAK WITH ME AS I WAS NOT THEIR CUSTOMER.

Readers of this review...you do understand my frustration right?

MUY atentos en todo y me an resuelto todas las dudas que e tenido...SOLO FALTA PROBAR EL COLCHON

El colchón de momento no puedo opinar porque todavía es en los 48 horas de espera ,en la oferta venía con dos almohadas de regalo pero nada de almohadas,se han olvidado que tenía oferta de las almohadas.

Personal muy atentos te contestaban vía correo electrónico y wasap.El colchón llegó ayer lo cual no puedo opinar de la comodidad pues no lo e probado .en un lateral sobresale algo de una especie de espuma .y por el precio algo descontenta está en el Temu el mismo colchón con la misma foto y servido por ustedes mucho más barato .un poco decepcionada la verdad

No tienen palabra, les compré un colchón hace 6 meses de alta gama y se me a hundido del medio y no se quieren comprometer ni en devolverlo ni reembolsarlo( entonces donde está la garantía), me parere poco ético como empresa. no pienso recomendarlos, ni volver a comprarles. Mucho Ojo .

He comprado varias veces aquí, una a través de Amazon y otras dos a través de la tienda.
Los colchones muy cómodos y económicos.
No he dormido mejor en un colchón como los de esta marca y de momento están bien.

Me confundí en las medidas del colchón ha los 2 minutos de hacer el pedido intenté Contactar para arreglarlo pero no me an echó ningún caso llevo 10 días pero no me lo an arreglado esperando y nada no me an echó ningún caso al final me han mandado el colchón equivocado haber que ago yo con el no me esperaba esto de esta empresa

En el momento de la compra me ponía que sería entregue del 29 al 31. Lo compré por la entrega rápida que me proporcionaban, por necesidad. Ahora resulta que me lo entregan la semana después sin saber que día. Muy decepcionado

No he recibido el envío ni tengo niieda de donde está . Está siendo un experiencia confusa la. verdad. Llamo al teléfono y no hay personal que te tienda.

Compre un colchon Cesar de 90 x190. Llego el dia que ponia en internet que llegaba, pese a estar en Navidad. Es de color beig claro por un lado y gris por los laterales y el otro lado. Es de firmeza alta y si esta duro. Viene enrollado despues de 24 horas adquirio su forma normal. Parece que es bueno.

Facilidad de compra.Servicio de entrega satisfactorio y rapidez.

Muy buena atención de postventa, atentos y rápidos resolviendo inquietudes.
