Wouldn't cover the warranty
Wouldn't cover the warranty saying they couldn't find the invoice even though I sent them a screenshot with all the details, this company is a joke. DO NOT USE.

Poor customer service
Ordered an item that was marked delivered, but item was no where to be seen. Asked company to contact courier for images and information, didn't hear back from anyone. Currently out of pocket and without the item due to no communication with the seller.

Part is faulty after couple of day
Part is faulty after couple of day, (automatic gearbox oil sump) car is not drivable now, need to hire car ,going to buy parts to fix car from another supplier. Extra cost for part, labour ,oil wasted, hire car .
After chat with them answer is ''I am sorry to tell you that we are not responsible for the labour cost''
Even not send to return label!!!
They don't give a sh.t of customers problems!

Ordered a CCV kit for my BMW Z4 from D2P.
Unfortunately one of the hoses in the kit was incorrect and did not fit.
I had to fit the kit minus the incorrect CCV to intake manifold hose as the other hoses break when you take them off, I also needed the car plus didn't want to leave it stripped down anyway.
Told customer services this, tried to ask for the correct hose.
They didn't seem to understand what I was saying, wanted to send me the same incorrect hose.
Eventually they said they can't supply the correct one.
I asked for a partial refund due to using the rest of the kit minus the hose in question. Not possible apparently.
The quality of the correct parts seems pretty good but I'm sure the cheaper parts I saw from other suppliers (with the correct hose) would be just as good.
Customer services are absolutely dire, addressed me as "Dear Customer" and felt like they were on a script (email). I would not use D2P again due to this, they just didn't seem to have any understanding of what the issue was and didn't seem to care, very frustrating with the amount of work it takes to replace the parts in question.
