Purchased a part for my car via amazon from this company 2 months ago but unfortunately this turned out to be faulty. I contacted D2P Auto parts who were very helpful especially Krupali who responded to my call and emails in a very professional manner and was able to replace this part for me. Fantastic service

I sent the items back as per instruction.they received the on the 18/04/24. Still have not refunded the £80. Avoid this company unless you want to loose your money.

Ordered a part on the Wednesday paid £11.95 for next day delivery and didn’t arrive until the Monday and I’m still waiting for a refund after contacting them twice I’d give zero stars but I need to give something

Excellent service. Part arrived within 48hrs by dpd all the way from oxford to Scotland.
The sales lady checked reg number and VIN number to verify it was the correct part for my car so no worries there. After sales by Krupali was also very good and tracking info was provided swiftly. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for after market spares.

Update, just got robbed by this company giving me back half of what was due, TERRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT USE, STEER CLEAR AS THEIR PRODUCT IS BEYOND UNDER STANDARD AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES APPALLING...
STAY CLEAR OF THESE ROBBING Excuse of a company.

Save your money and buy genuine parts.
Bought a new 'high quality' egr valve for my Audi A4.
Part was £47... Way cheaper than Audi.
Worked great for nearly 3 months than had issues.
Replaced under warranty no problem with that at all.
Just over 7 weeks later i have severe issues again.
2 x car recovered and fixed at garage and genuine EGR valve fitted.
Got my Refund of £47 back, but i was left with £585.86 garage bills and about £6 postage back.
Both garages stated that they do not fit aftermarket ecu controlled parts due to many issues within a few months and if they do there is no warranty.
Expensive lesson learned.
On a positive note, ultra fast delivery both times, answered a lot of messages sent and returned my money for the valve.
Annoyingly, you get 'dear customer' on all messages even after complaining about it and no names are given just D2P Autoparts.
