Cygnett Recensioni

Loving it!! The arm genuinely DOES stay stuck to the windscreen (how many of them just don't....) and the magnetic on and off of the phone is brilliant. Not to mention that it's charging as well...

A had a great customer service support with Zach from Cygnett over a dispute with the confusions between back and forth email conversations regarding the buy one get one free power bank deal . Zach went above and beyond my expectations solving the dispute by offering free power bank as a good will to compensate the hassles I have been through . I am very impressed with his customer service . 👍👍🙂

“I basically just use a power bank to power all of my devices and headphones etc. My last one from Cygnett bought via Target lasted 5 years then died, I decided to go bigger this time as the number of my devices has increased. I'm so happy with this one I think it could power the space shuttle. Essentially I power my laptop phone 3 sets of headphones my grandsons ipad and a blue tooth speaker from one full charge of the Power Bank ”

My 20,000 mAh Hi-vis Orange power bank is super quick and can charge up to 3 different devices at once.
Super fast charging and a great home grown Aussie company.

I have bought two 10K mAh for kids and 27K mAh for my laptop use. The product is amazing, and I am really happy with the purchase. I would highly recommend their products. The service is really good from the team and they respond promptly if you have any questions.

Bought one for myself and one for my cousin, way too good , as i was always struggling and have a fear about getting my lap shut because of the battery, now it solveddd!!

Long lasting and my favourite to use

Great to deal with. Very easy fast and prompt

Happy with the experience. Ordering was easy, delivered quickly. This is the second time I’ve ordered from cygnett and the quality is always high, especially their phone cases.

Can not complain about anything. Price, delivery, updates everything was brilliant thankyou. Very happy customer.

The shipping time was very quick and after sales support was great after I realized that I had gotten an Iphone 13 Pro cover by mistake when I actually needed a 13 Pro Max. The correct cover turned up very quickly :-)

I ordered two cables online. Delivery was quick however only one cable was sent. I sent email requesting follow up and received immediate response with apology and replacement cable was being sent as the one that I ordered was out of stock. Cable sent in quick time. The cables are great and apparently the replacement is a newer and more expensive version of the one I ordered.

The case doesn't take into account wireless charging like the cygnett case I had for my iPhone 14. It was excellent. This one for the iPhone 15 Pro Max I have to use the cable to charge.

Great product, great service! Power Banks look good and charge phones quickly.

I just ordered something for my husband and noticed that the system didn't allow me to introduce the 20% discount on first purchase so I tried to contact them to fix that. But to my surprise, there is NO WAY to directly contact them. If I cancel the order after being processed, I need to pay for the return however I can't speak to anyone to sort out this. Never again buying from this company...AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN!!

There's no facility to contact them outside of a support or warranty request. What if I had questions before purchase? No phone number either. Major red flag.

As the title says, Avoid the CYGNETT HOME Smart Wi-Fi Plug with Power Monitoring. It claimed to work with Apple HomeKit. Also odd was the Apple App Store reviews are being removed along and apply a filter to the reviews you read on their own site.
