My Hisense 65" TV started turning off by itself intermittentently 2 months after the warranty expired. Sometimes it turns off every 5 minutes and takes a few minutes to turn back on. The Hisense helpdesk is contactable and friendly, but they were only able to tell me to clear the cache and cookies and reset factory settings, none of which helped. I was advised to apply for an extension of warranty but that department isn't responding. I would expect a product from a reputable brand to last longer than 3 years and 2 months. I would also expect a company to stand behind its brand and deal with this sort of problem.
Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service. We are out of pocket hiring a fridge after our brand new Hisense fridge stopped working 3 weeks after purchasing. Will never purchase from Hisense again and strongly suggest others do not purchase from them either.
Ads on a TV I’ve paid for? Losers…
Bought tv about 18 months ago, still working ok. But they have now introduced ads when I change the input. Ads on a product I have paid for? Terrible.

I had the exact same washing machine years ago. Had to buy a new one and has nothing but issues. The metal coil that holds the rubber seal in place broke and fell out after like two months of use. Instead of replacing the machine, they sent a repair guy 🙄. I complained that the clothes weren't spun enough because I literally have to take towels out an put them on the clothesline so they don't smell of must. Do not buy a washing machine from Hisense. They are useless.
Dodgy fridge
Dodgy fridge. 8 minutes on hold sofar, guessing they wont even answer by 5... no customer service sofar. Wont ever buy this brand again
Washing machines are junk
Washing machines are junk. Had problems constantly and then stopped working after 2.5 years (with a 3 year warranty). Hisense refused to repair. Warranty process was a joke. Waste of money.
Avoid if possible
Avoid if possible, brought a brand new dishwasher, due to them not sealing the item completely, a small bug got in and fried the whole thing. They won't repair it and blame you on having an infestation, which there's not.
Find a brand that fully seals the circuit board, while living in Australia.

Brought a TV and while under warranty
Brought a TV and while under warranty, the screen went. Not repairable and it’s been 7 weeks of me chasing Hisense up for updates and being given false information. Agreed to replace the TV and it’s been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting. Sent a email complaint and suddenly I’m offered a credit which would of been the better option from the start.
Hisense washing machine faulty in less than 2 year and cannot get refund
Bought Hisense washing machine in Joondalup, WA. The machine is totally dead and not moving at all. Hisense sent technican on site and recognize it is product fault. However, still cannot get refund after half a year.
Avoid Hisense like the plague!
Worst TV ever! Do not buy from this dodgy brand. I've had my TV for 10 months. It has already been fixed once on warranty and broke again less than two weeks later. I have spent more than two months waiting for repairs in the 10 months that I've had this TV. It still doesn't work. It offers nothing but a black screen. Jasmine the Senior Operator from the Hisense Customer Relations Team said she was "happy" with this process. You may think you're getting a cheap TV, but it's not cheap because you will waste your time chasing up customer service (I use this term very loosely here) and have to buy a replacement TV anyway. Save your time and purchase a more reputable brand.

I purchased a 65" TV from Hisense and installed it in a revolving wall unit in my high end Air BnB.
It started turning itself off randomly and frequently within the warranty period costing me thousands.
NO refund was offered. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

As all the reviews say. KEEP AWAY from this company. Appalling customer service from Jacob in their call centre. Not worth any stars!

If I could leave a 0 star I would do not by anything from this company the quality is garbage brought a fridge only for it to last 13 months for its to crap a computer and kill everything in side to only get told 3 days to get fixed sorry should say 3 weeks !!! Then to get the run around for the reimbursement of the food lost .... still waiting two weeks later and only way to contact.........(customer relations)...... is email only don't expect a reply for 3 days and then another 3 day for every reply after that where's the customer protection! It does not exist

I would not give Hisense company or their products a star they are unprofessional and unreliable they claim to not have warranty on their replacement product I bought a side by side fridge and it's not working properly after three years the fridge door seals always seems to come off the door after a year n when you ring to get assistance they just say because you have a replacement product it's not cover by warranty well I was told from the beginning that the replacement product is covered by warranty for 5 yrs now there story have changed to they can't help you they can only sell you another product to buy which I reply never again I would recommend anyone to buy Hisense products be very careful to not buy a product from this company who only cares about reaping people off for money and not providing quality service it's not hard to provide some service to us customers after all we customers pay good money they don't care that the fridge shut down causes all my groceries to go to waste never again I will look elsewhere please anyone who is thinking of buying Hisense products think twice before making a purchase it will save alot of heartache and inconvenience a good company will always look after their customers but not Hisense company they are the opposite of nice ,so unreliable and unprofessional..

Most unprofessional and unreliable company we’ve ever dealt with in our lives. Will not honour warranty for our washing machine, won’t even help in any way whatsoever and just expects us to troubleshoot our own faulty product. Never again will I or my family purchase a Hisense product. The lady in customer services is rude and weird. Quit your job.

Brought a washing machine under a year…
Brought a washing machine under a year ago and its already stopped working.
Left on hold for extended periods of time (30mins+). Recorded message suggests to use online live chat, but no one is there either.
Urgent repair needed and cant get a hold of anyone.
Do Not buy from HISENSE
Hisense do not follow the Australian consumer guarantee law and once out of warranty and the item has a major fault Hisense do not offer any assistance at all and advise you to complain about them to ACCC if you want.
