Fantastic Customer Experience
We couldn't have received better customer service! I had been searching for a specific bike online for my daughter, Cycling 2000 released it for delivery for us as we live far from the shop and gave such a personal touch. Even followed up with 'how to' instructions and recommendations. Definitely recommend!

Amazing Service from Cycling 2000
Amazing Service from Cycling 2000! I had been searching for a Bike for weeks due to there being a shortage through lockdown. I found the Bike I’d been looking for on their Website and the process was so easy and hassle free! I collected the Bike within a few days of ordering. The chap me and my partner spoke to in the shop was extremely knowledgeable. The Bike is perfect and I’ve had no faults with it. Brilliant service, would recommend.

Friendly and efficient service!
I ordered my bike online and it was dispatched very quickly and arrived within days. I had a few queries about my order and the customer service was wonderful, both over the phone and via email!

Excellent service
Needed some tyres for my bike but wasn’t sure which to choose, after speaking to The team at cycling 2000 I was able to make an informed decision about the best tyres for me. The staff were very friendly and helpful with a whole wealth of bike related knowledge 10/10 would recommend.
