Cycle Exchange Recensioni

This is the first time we have dealt with them and from the outset to completion the journey was absolutely amazing. Have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone. So professional. Martin at South Downs Bikes

Great value, great bike.

excellent thanks.... looks even better than the photo's and very nice set-up have put the basics on but waiting for the roads to dry out before giving it a spin, my giant content sl is 2kg heavier but really enjoy riding that one so guessing this one will be awesome...good communication with couriers and your team thank you ...also what a bargain :) very pleased with the quality and the price

Definitely the sales people made my experience great. They knew a lot about the products they sell and were very kind and patient with me. They offered me to do test drives and guided me through my decision.

Great service and very responsive to emails.

Very helpful. Very friendly. And a good price for an excellent bike.

Excellent, efficient and friendly service. I got a great bike, as advertised, at a good price. Would recommend.

My Cycle Exchange experience was great - it was straightforward - Cycle Exchange explained everything clearly and they arranged collection and delivery with ease. Dealing with Cycle Exchange was a great experience and I would recommend anyone to Cycle Exchange.

Excellent service and a great price. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic service, great bikes, nice coffee. Pre and post sale process was faultless. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Friendly customer service. Informed and knowledgable.

Communication re Cycle to Work Scheme was faultless from knowledgeable and helpful staff. Transaction was very easy. I love my new bike, just waiting for better weather....

Vitus zx-1 evo sram red axs ordered on-line and received a couple of days, well packaged.

Superb bike hardly a mark on it and the main one on the downtube was rubbed off by the guy at Bicycle Lounge who did a bike fit, he was impressed too looking at the spec and the price and the condition etc.

just a shame the original Reynolds wheels weren't on it as they are for sale on CE ? ?

I find it quite rare nowadays to find a company that actually does what they say without chasing, drama or some level of inconvenience, so Cycle Exchange were a pleasant surprise. The response time to queries is really quick and the order process is straight forward, even when cycle scheme vouchers are involved. My only negative observation was the delivery (and this may have been down to the courier) which although was very fast, the bike was delivered without any notice and it was just by luck that I was at home. Overall, I would definitely buy from Cycle Exchange again.

Very easy purchasing product, fast delivery, always kept up with where my product was and and following up after it was delivered making sure all was okay

A+ for customer service.

I decided to trade in a bike I no longer used. The exchange was very smooth. The description of my purchased bike was accurate. The bike mechanic who examined my bike was very helpful and pointed a few faults out with mine. Which I was was unaware.
He offered me help setting up help. Very professional service

The bike I wanted, in good condition and serviced and at a price that was very reasonable

Brilliant set up with lovely knowledgable people
