The pro file I paid to download had an error when uploading to WordPress. Do not recommend.

Admittedly, It took a little bit of messing with post purchase to download/upload install and activate. The instruction videos are for a older version. It was still easy enough to figure out. First tests using Responsive theme look great! cant wait to dig in and see how much it can take!

I had been using iFeature Pro for 12 years with great pleasure. It was very nice to work with. Last month, I encountered problems with some previously purchased plugins; the download of one plugin was no longer available! After a few emails with CyberChimps, the issue was quickly resolved

Loved the Starter templates that come free with the Responsive theme.

Great so far. Good choice of themes for Gutenberg/Elementor, depending on your favourite flavour. Satisfied customer

Professional and good looking themes. Easy to use.

Unable to change Business address, Cyberchimp support eventually supplied me with a fix to enable me to change Business address and renew our License for the Responsive theme.

The staff solved my problem in a short time and was very nice

I needed a website and don't really have the skills or patience to develop one from scratch. I got myself a theme from CyberChimps and had no problem installing and changing the content to what I needed - the tutorial videos were amazing.

1st question why I got the products from CyberChimps?
I like what I saw in the insurance template. I am not an IT programmer, I just need a nice decent website to start a new business online. Of course, I banged my head here and there learning how to set up the website. Learning curve. Luckily for me, CyberChimps have a strong Support team ..patience and strong understanding on the products. The team helped me on what I want the template to be tweaked. Appreciate it

The problem arose with a theme that I bought very cheaply. Elementor could not work in classic mode but had to go to safe mode.
Since I informed support about the problem, the very next day I received an update for that topic and the problem with elementor was solved.

so i purchased your responsive pro yesterday and can not now login to the help desk as it says usermane email unrecognised,,,

I bought this for the auction template and when loading the plugins to my wp there is no auction template...

i have sent an email to your priority support which appears to be non existent....

if i purchaes something i expect it to be as described,,,,

i can now do nothing and you appear to not really have priority support at all, so again it looks like another wordpress plugin company that has no cares for its customers and just takes your money without regard for customers.

to top this off your password reminder form does not work 4 times I have sent a password remindr in 24 hours and still no reply

Every time i try and download a template under my pro package it says not valid and takes me to the buy pro page..... I have already BOUGHT THE PRO!!!

are you people really that bad! It appears so!

Your support portal,,, you know the one,, the one where you offer priority support throws back another cannot login due to invalid email or password lol...and it is also impossible to logout of your site and i have tried this on six different browsers and all the same!
