I purchased the Pro Themes around Christmas, it immediately crashed my site when installing it. Reached out to support and still waiting on assistance. Removed the plugins and sites are back up now. I would proceed with caution and try the free themes before purchasing upgrades. The themes look great just wish i could get them working.

An absolute disaster of theme, the theme breaks all the time, there is no support (only a facebook group that you can't join because it's private). Waste of money and time, stay away.

I have had a great experience using their products, when I contacted customer support for a problem I had, I received a fast response and they took care of the problem!

I asked for renewal to be cancelled and you did not cancel it. I have been charged for something I am not using. I emailed again upon being charged and email has been ignored. Now I will have change my card to prevent being charged again!!

So far excellent! I have built several websites over the years as a self-taught novice and decided to seek a new Theme and templates.
