cxm direct is a very good broker diposite withdrawal very fast

Please don't use cxm broker always if we set TP they immediately close also till tp they don't wait when it's comes to SL they will do more loss don't use this scam broker be aware of it also they don't compensate there customer service is very bad they don't answer properly

I want to share my experience with CXM broker so other traders can remain cautious.

I experienced unauthorized trading activity on my account, including trades executed from a foreign IP address that I never accessed. I never enabled copy trading, EA access, or any third-party authorization from my dashboard.

Despite repeatedly requesting proof and a proper investigation report, I did not receive transparent explanations regarding:
• Login IP history
• Device/session information
• Trade execution source
• Security breach investigation

I also experienced highly unprofessional communication from internal representatives during the escalation process, which raised serious concerns about client protection and accountability.

My experience with CXM was extremely stressful and disappointing.

After making profits through trading, my account was suddenly restricted without proper explanation. Trading, withdrawals and transfers were blocked for a long period while support repeatedly responded with the same “under review” messages.

Later, they accused me of “swap arbitrage” and deducted $106.55 from my account through Adjustment ID 4466021. I repeatedly asked them to provide exact trade details, calculation breakdowns or specific evidence to justify this deduction, but they refused and only kept referring to “confidential internal procedures”.

Eventually, they allowed me to withdraw only my remaining deposited funds and then permanently closed my account.

In my opinion, traders should be very careful when dealing with offshore brokers where dispute protection and regulatory oversight may be limited compared to strongly regulated financial institutions.

The most concerning part for me was the lack of transparency throughout the entire process. Serious allegations were made, money was adjusted from my account, yet no proper trade-by-trade evidence was ever provided.

I will continue documenting and sharing my experience across public review platforms so other traders can make informed decisions before dealing with this broker.
