Great service - ordered online collected & paid in store
I got an e-mail about a 'black Friday week' discount on toner cartridges on Monday. I placed an order for 5 cartidges then got a 'phone call to say all but one would be in the following day. I collected them and was told the remaining one would be due in soon, and later that afternoon I got a 'phone call to say it had arrived, I collected it two days later when I was next in the area.
These cartridges are quite slow moving lines so not often in stock, so it was good to get them so quickly, and the staff in the Larnaca shop were very helpful.

Always polite when calling the office and service is excellent. Recent order was delayed only due to transport malfunction - but I was telephoned that day in order to advise me, and with profuse apologies; ..... it happens sometimes !!

Very disappointing
My order dated 8 March will be delivered on Thursday 16 March because Kronos were not given instructions to deliver it to me. I paid for home delivery as I currently have a back injury and cannot drive. Very frustrating as I have not been able to print anything for over a week.

I understand your frustration and apologize that your order was delayed. I have asked the store to investigate and will reply again later. However i can confirm that if it is Kronos that have given the excuse they weren't to deliver; this is 100% false; in fact we ONLY engage them to Deliver to homes outside our normal delivery radius. Let me get back to you with more clarity tomorrow.
As promised an update: I understand Dana has spoken to you and apologized and that indeed we have both been let down by our Couriers. This is a rare situation but unfortunately it happened.

The saleswoman who served me was very good, conveying optimism and serving immediately properly and smoothly. I also liked that he wore not black clothes but optimistic colors that transmit positive energy to every person.
