Free deliveries for orders over 30 euros to homes and offices across Cyprus. Options to collect in-store or from ACS depot in villages.
We typically deliver in 1-3 days and display the expected delivery time on our website if longer. Our team are good at calling to confirm the status of orders. We guarantee to phone and give you an update in the first business day following receipt of your order. We further guarantee 100% satisfaction our own brand ink and toners. All our repairs are covered by a 3 month warranty. Warranty for Hardware and Accessories is as per the manufacturer warranty and is mentioned on our website.

Ordered online but then to find out its out of stock
Ordered online and you advertised in stock but after waiting 3 working days I called your office and was advised that its out of stock. The Larnaca office Lady was very helpful and polite.

I understand you passed by the shop enquiring about this item, we checked and advised that it's out of stock from the supplier, However our supplier had not updated their stock on their api which connects to our website and so when you then proceeded to place an online order it proceeded when of course the item was OOS. We did inform you of order cancellation.
Your case has highlighted a weakness in our supplier api that we will now address with them. Hope we overcome these issues.
