scammers, I bought a one-time CV for 1.45 euros. They charged me 5 months of money for the premium plan. That's 29.99 euros. I don't recommend them and they refuse to refund my money when I didn't even use their services.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. It uses software that is free elsewhere. The site is set up and designed in a deliberately deceptive way to persuade you of a fixed low charge. You will subsequently be charged 30 Euros per month. The templates are limited and you can’t even change the ridiculous small font size. They refused to refund the fee they took without permission

It will look like you just need to pay 2€ but later they will take 30€ from you. It is made like this on purpose ! Most of the good reviews here are very very suspicious, made in a few days and from accounts that have just 1 review - fake accounts from Pakistan, Kazachstan, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, The app is good.

Arnaque systématique
J’ai utilisé CV Toolspro en pensant que c'était un service gratuit ou peu coûteux (0,99 CHF pour 14 jours). Ce n’était pas clairement indiqué que l’abonnement se renouvelait automatiquement à 39,99 CHF par mois après la période d’essai. Aucune alerte, aucun rappel.
Le site se présente comme un outil simple pour créer un CV avec l’IA, mais cache en réalité un abonnement piégé. Très difficile de trouver comment annuler, et aucun remboursement ne m’a été proposé malgré ma demande.
Le service est géré par une société basée à Chypre (Kukario Limited), ce qui complique encore les démarches en cas de litige.
Je déconseille fortement. Ce site est une arnaque bien déguisée.

Deceptive, unfair, no integrity
I have had exactly the same experience as Helen Hayden. I signed up to do my brother's resume and thought I was paying only for that (USD 1.95). When I realized they were charging me monthly, I tried to log in with my email address but the system couldn't find any account with my email address. Apparently it only has my brother's email address which was used in the resume. I then contacted them by email to cancel the subscription and get a refund the day before the next charge would have been made by them and, even so, they still charged me the next day. They couldn't find an account with my email address and it was only after giving additional info that they found the account with my brother's email address, a process which took us past the due date for the next payment which was May 31, 2025. As I said, I contacted them before the due date for this charge. They have thus far refused to refund this charge, even after deceptively taking charges several months of charges from me for NOTHING. This company's business model is not transparent and I don't feel like they have any integrity. I highly recommend that you DO NOT use this service.
I also note that most of the "good reviews" that I ooked at are from Bangladesh whereas the bad reviews are from several different countries. This makes me wonder about these "good reviews". I wish I had checked TrustPilot before using this scam of a service.
