I used them as a one off for a CV and…
I used them as a one off for a CV and now it appears that 29.99€ is being deducted from my account on a monthly basis. I tried to call the number on the site and it doesn't work. Feel like this is a bit of scam. I tried to log in to their site using my e-mail address and it didn't work on the site. I have e-mailed them and it looks like they have cancelled it now to my e-mail address that didn't register on their site. Not happy.

Very unfair company!!!
I Have same experience as below:
I signed up for a 14-day trial for €0.50, believing I had cancelled in time. However, I was charged €30 without receiving any reminder or notification about the upcoming renewal. Even worse, I didn’t get a receipt or confirmation email after the charge.
I contacted support and explained my situation —I miised the 14-day window, despite their advertised “no questions asked” policy.
Their communication is poor, the cancellation system unclear, and their refusal to help is extremely disappointing. Avoid this service — there are better, more transparent alternatives out there.

It's a fraud
It's a fraud! I used their cv teplate and paid 0,95 EUR to have the spell check (whoch didn't work). 7 months later I realized they are taking 30 EUR every month from my account.

Scam and looting the customer money from account direct without informing them
I had a very poor experience with CV Tool Pro,. The service was not transparent about billing — I was charged without clear notice or consent, and the terms were not properly communicated at the time of sign-up. What’s worse, trying to get support or a refund was frustrating and unhelpful.
This service is extremely disappointing. They charged my account without any clear notice, consent, or upfront communication. There was no proper disclosure of recurring payments, and it feels like money was just taken without my permission.
There are far better and more trustworthy platforms out there, like Kick resume and all, that are upfront with their pricing and genuinely value their users. I cannot recommend this service to anyone. Please be cautious before providing any payment information.

Avoid! Using aggressive advertising on different websites they adding customers to unwanted subscriptions using small print conditions and after you cancel they will not refund your money. You've been warned. AVOID
