Order came the next day. Straightforward ordering. Driver very helpful and was kept up to date with tracking and phone call.

Easy, on time and polite service
Very easy to order! I called up to check on delivery and stock availability, told them where, when and a desired time I needed them to deliver and they organised it all perfectly. I thought my order was quite small, and yet they had no problem with meeting my needs.
On delivery, the lad asked where I needed the PIR and OSB boards, dropped down his fork lift and placed it exactly where I wanted it no fuss! He even seemed delighted it was an uphill driveway for a change. Polite staff both on the phone and on delivery.
Will happily order again should I ever need to.

Prices are competitive, Paul is very helpful and responses in seconds to emails. They offer next day delivery as well

Was delivered 9 insulation sheets late…
Was delivered 9 insulation sheets late 2.5 hours then expected and 6 sheets was damaged, it's ridiculous. Not recommended to everyone

Fantastic prices
Fantastic prices, couldn't fault the service speed and communication. The delivery driver was fantastic, he went above and beyond. I wasn't in when he delivered, but he called to discuss where to leave it, wrapped everything up nice and dry with rain forecast so the insulated plasterboard wasn't damaged. Absolutely brilliant service and commendation to him.

Very good company have used them twice…
Very good company have used them twice now. Prices good and they have their own delivery fleet so goods come fast and take into account difficult to access sites. Althogether highly recommend.

This company is amazing
This company is amazing. We initially spoke to somebody at the company about our order options and all was explained clearly and professionally. We live in a quirky house and needed to added delivery information for them to find us easier. This was followed up by an email confirming the order. On the day, the delivery driver communicated and everything ran so smoothly. We will definitely use this company again. They are the perfect cocktail of: competitively priced, organised, reliable and a pleasure to communicate with. There products are good quality too.
