Importing frozen ready meals
To be honest, the whole thing is VERY complicated and not the most intuitive, but Vinnie was excellent in supporting me through the minefield of information that is required! He was very knowledgeable, patient and available multiple times over a number of days. I couldn't have done it without him!

We make customs declarations for excise goods, I decided to swich to Customs Declarations UK to have things under control and make sure everything is declared properly. The support is great, I was led through whole setup process and explained everything perfectly clearl preparing my first declaration. Although I was a bit afraid before first crossing of my transport as we use both cash and deferment payment everything went very smooth and my 2 declarations cleared without any problems. I 100% recommend Customs Declarations UK

We are extremely satisfied with both the usability of the software and the customer service.
At the start, we received instructions on the use of the program multiple times. If I got stuck, I got help right away by phone, email or even video call.
Not long ago at 11 p.m. These guys never sleep.

Better than other platforms we have used Easy and Swift!!
We were using Deloittes Custom Clear platform which was closed down in March this year. We moved to Customs Declarations UK. Initially we were a little hesitant but the user interface, the ease of use and foremost the support team is excellent. This declaration form- and ease of navifation is better than the one we used earlier. After a few attempts to understand and get used to the form we now find that the declaraion takes less than 2 mins in our case. The customer support team is happy to support you. We would strongly recommend it to anyone who wishes to do their own customer declarations ( we use it for import declaration and the process is straight forward) Thanks to Jay and Vinnie,

Best CDS System for UK Customs
We have been using this excellent company for 2 years . It has made life so much easier using customdeclaration.uk to Customs Entry Import or Export. Quick and easy ! No trouble at all. The team are fantastic!! with support from Jay or Vinnie Highly recommend for Customs Entry from £ 25 for occasional declarations.
It is perfect for Brokers and Agents to use the system on a subscription.
