Excellent Support and Ease of Use for Importing Goods
Customs Declaration UK made the process of importing goods from Germany to the UK much simpler. Their platform allowed me to handle my own customs declaration without the need for a customs agent, saving both time and money. The best part is that they are always available to assist, even on a Sunday! J, one of their amazing team members, was on the phone with me, guiding me through submitting a declaration, which was crucial as I was traveling on Monday. The fact that customs agents use the same software gives you great peace of mind. Highly recommended for anyone looking to handle their declarations with ease and confidence!

They made it so simple!
I can not belive how easy they made it for us. We had a problem with 2 differet customs agents while they could not do the declaration. Then we found Customs Declaration UK and after the setup, it took me only 2 min. and all was done. So, so happy! You are the best!

We used Customs-Declarations.uk for a bunch of import declarations and it worked smoothly.
Web-app is intuitive and responsive and worked very well.
Support staff (we interacted with Vinnie) is super supportive and available to support upon request.

Truly excellent customer service and assistance. Rarely do you find this level of professionalism and service in my experience. Contacted almost immediately after signing up to arrange an onboarding session. Anyone who has to do customs declarations will know they aren’t exactly easy but the process with Customs Declarations UK made the task as simple as possible and straightforward for all future declarations. We have tried a wide range of the systems available on the market, and this platform stands above the others for several reasons.
1. This is a superb platform for professional users as it immediately intuitive for anyone who is already familiar with customs processes - everything is in the "proper" order, unlike some other portals which attempt to "dumb down" the input section. So for the professinal, customs-declarations is a much faster system to use than the others.
2. Support is above and beyond the competition - on any occasion where support has been required, I have received fast and effective support - aside from technical queries, the team at Customs-Declarations are incredibly knowledgeable about the entry process itself, and are quick & responsive at all times.
3. Ease of Access - most of the time we are accessing the portal via PC, however in a pinch it can be used easily and successfully via phone or tablet, and the ability to quickly carry out a clearance via a mobile phone is *invaluable* for me.
I have now been using this portal for a couple of years and without doubt recommend it as the best on the market - on support and ease of use alone, it stands above the rest.

Software is great and intuitive the customs declaration process itself is not but thankfully the guys are very friendly and helpful. They do an intro call with you with the full support cycle from problem to solution.
They're able to advise and consult you on your actions and there are no stupid question with them. A wealth of knowledge is also hidden in their YouTube tutorials!
