Everything went smoothly

We had to delay the delivery, so no issues with timings. The Delivery Driver called ahead and reminded that assistance required and got reassurance that he could actually access the site

Wrong delivery but rectified asap good service and advice

We were looking for quality roof lights for our new extension but didn't want to break the bank. Custom had a good display at the Home building show and appeared both knowledgeable and interested in what we were doing. The product being triple glazed was higher performance that I needed but the price was excellent and the fact that they specify visible area rather than overall frame size impressed us. After reviewing others I called Dan and got some excellent tips. The sizes we needed were out of stock at that time so we waited until they came in before placing our order. Once we did the roof-lights arrived very quickly and whilst we haven't fitted them yet they appear very well made. Our only minor grumble is that they screwed through the mounting frame to attach it to the delivery pallet.

Amazing company!
Not only the cheapest quote I could find but by far superior quality to other rooflights I've used and seen in the past.
The staff were friendly, helpful, courteous and kept me upto date with my order (not an easy one) all the way through the process.
