It took a few emails of going back and forth with them to get the design finalised and the pricing details but they were quick to answer and happy to help. They were able to successfully complete my order quickly and within my time constraints.

Custompatches was very helpful and communicative during the design process, inputting my revisions and design changes as per my drawing of a patch design. They were quick to produce and ship the product once I had confirmed my design. Trustworthy, easy to work with and a beautiful product. Very fine quality and stitch work.

However, it is worth noting one of my colours was incorrectly changed with another one on the final product: the company admitted to such and offered compensation anyways. A minor issue.

Everything was just so easy and fast. Submitted my details and design online and very quickly Lukas reached out on WhatsApp to confirm the details and to go over the design with me. Had to make a few adjustments along the way and each time he responded very quickly and updated the mock up very quickly as well. Lukas was a great help and responded to my messages and questions promptly. I have nothing but positive to say, will 110% purchase from them again in the future!!!!

Once you submit your idea, they reach out very quickly and begin the planning process. They are quick to alter your design if requested, and their product arrived promptly for me. The pricing feels reasonable, and their product is good quality. I would order from them again!
