Efficient, professional and what a fantastic finished product. It was quite a step of faith paying over a sizeable chunk of cash before physically seeing the product but you’ll be glad to know the final product is even more impressive than the photos. Thank you Andy and Team!

I couldn't be more pleased with Custom garden rooms on building my office pod. From start to finish, the communication was excellent - the team kept me updated every step of the way and ensured that my vision was brought to life.The hard work and dedication put into constructing the garden room was evident, and it shows the high-quality final product. Not only was the team skilled, but they were also punctual and completed the project within the agreed timeframe.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new office pod and would highly recommend Custom garden rooms to anyone looking for a custom garden room. Thank you for exceeding my expectations and creating a space that I can truly enjoy for years to come. 5 stars all around!

I got my garden room from customs garden the service was great all the way through Andy was very clear at communication and kept me updated with what was going on and the finish was amazing would recommend them to anyone

We just had our Custom Garden Rooms pod installed in our Victorian terrace garden. I cannot recommend the team enough, from the first contact until the install was complete all of the team have been amazing, helpful and have solved every query we have had - from how to get the pod through the house, to ensuring the furniture we wanted for our home gym would fit. I cannot recommend the team enough, each and every person we have had contact with have been professional, friendly and generally good humans! Thank you again.

Andy was extremely helpful from the start with helping us choose a suitable location, preparation for the site and options available to us in choosing the right garden room to suit our needs. Communication and the installation steps throughout were also very good. The team themselves who installed the room were extremely hard working, friendly, efficient and very tidy workers! The finished room is of superb quality and design and friends who have seen a photo have commented that it looks like a building you would see in a luxury glossy home magazine! We hope to spend many happy hours in it and we thoroughly recommend Andy and his team.

We had a garden pod installed at the beginning of the year. Build quality is great, and the guys were really friendly and helpful. It’s a great space to sit outside in the garden whatever the weather.

Andrew and his team were brilliant, knowledgeable, respectful and went the extra mile to provide a great service from start to end.
The planning took a few months to iron out exactly what we wanted as we can be a bit indecisive but the dream was made reality within a week. Could not believe how quick it goes up and how much better it looks than in the pictures.
You get more than you pay for, perfect for me to use as an office and have still have space to relax when not working.
All the suggestion and ideas Andrew came up with have worked really well, I'm happy to have gone with the Cedar wood, looks luxurious and expensive. Great finish to an amazing job done by Custom Garden Rooms.

We had a fantastic experience with Custom Garden Rooms - from the design phase through to construction. The personal touch from the company is really impressive and the team worked so hard in very cold conditions to get our garden room completed on time (it even snowed!). We highly recommend Custom Garden rooms and we are so happy with our new garden room!

It seems to go with the territory but when you employ tradespeople it inevitably leads to disappointment. My experience with CustomGardenRooms restored my faith that there are companies out there who do care!
The product is great but the service (punctuality, communication, politeness and attention to detail) matched it! I would without hesitation recommend these guys to anybody looking for a garden. So thank you Andy, Jason & Joe.

Not sure how much I can express how chuffed I am with my new garden pod and decking. Andy walked me through the different options with me eventually deciding (too many lovely choices) on the new garden pod they have started to install. Andy and his team (shout out to Jason and Joe) were professional from the outset, working efficiently and tidily, keeping me informed along the way. It was amazing to see it appear before my very eyes in a short space of time. The end product is a beautiful space and a great addition to my home. I cannot recommend Andy and the Custom Garden rooms team enough. If you're thinking of getting a garden room/space then these are the guys. 😁

I am so impressed at Andy and his team's work. From first contact he was thorough and had lots of time for all of my questions. He led me through the whole process making lots of suggestions. Work started quickly and finished just as quickly. The whole team were friendly and really tidy and it was amazing watching the whole thing come together. Everything seems of such high quality and wonderfully finished. We are so pleased to have taken the leap with Custom Garden Rooms and recommend them to anyone thinking of having a garden room built.

I can't recommend Custom Garden Rooms enough! The garden room was a bespoke design / size to fit the plot of land we had earmarked. From the initial quote through to completion, the whole team were extremely courteous, friendly and professional. They delivered within the timescales and budgets and the end product is amazing. We love our new garden room.

The Custom Garden Rooms team were fantastic to work with from start to finish - always polite, punctual and nothing was too much of a challenge for them (even when we had some last minute surprises that required a quick change of plan!). The finish on our garden studio/office is better than any others I have seen and everyone comments on how beautiful it is. We really appreciated the honest advice in the planning stages as we had an idea of the custom build that we wanted but not how to make it work in the space we had. The end result is better than we could have anticipated and it has been a pleasure to work in. Cannot recommend the Custom Garden Rooms team more.

I can only agree with all the other reviewers, custom garden rooms have done a great job. The end result looks stunning (the red Cedar cladding was well worth the extra cost), everyone who has seen it is mightily impressed.

The build team worked exceptionally hard through the Wales heatwave #1 to boot and were always friendly and cheerful. I have seldom seen so much measuring and spirit-levelling to make sure everything was perfect.

The interior finish is impeccable too.

I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. They have just completed my physio clinic and it is superb, finished to a very high standard. Meticulous planning to ensure the product is what you want and need. Great communication and the team are hardworking, polite and tidy. Andy and Jay run a tight ship. It’s a yes from me!

Very impressed with Custom Garden Rooms. They manage to build my garden office in a very tight space with little to no room between office walls and perimeter walls. Super efficient onsite and great communication.

We wanted a bespoke garden room and didn’t really know where to start. The team at Custom Garden Rooms helped and advised ever step of the way. They came up with a design that suited our requirements 100%. Once approved the team were on site pretty much everyday over 3 and a half weeks to complete the build. The communication during this process was spot on and the quality of work is best I’ve seen. I would not hesitate to recommend Custom Garden Rooms for anyone thinking about similar project.
