Totally brilliant from start to finish, my 6m x 3m pod is stunning and I can’t thank the whole team enough for the simplistic design, easy going and hardworking installation team and back office support for questions and payment. 5 stars for me 😀😀

Had the most incredible experience with custom garden rooms, I needed an outside office made in the new home and they walked me through the whole process flawlessly, from design to the build, they even got it built before we moved in. The pricing was really fair and the quality was top notch even my builder said how much he was impressed of the quality of work put into it. I’m very very happy with the outside office and would highly recommend anyone to use custom garden rooms.

We wanted a garden room but had no idea where to start so we engaged a few firms and custom garden rooms stood out with their helpful approach, quality of product and their desire to give us the perfect solution. We are so happy with our garden room and we get loads of positive comments from neighbours!

Used Custom Garden Rooms for a Garden Pid to create an office space in my garden.

From the start of the process Andy was helpful and guided us through the product and install. Pricing very clear from the start, so no extra surprises.

The install team were highly professional and were made sure they worked in a clean and tidy manner.
Any issues were highlighted and more importantly dealt with.

After the install the team were on hand to answer any questions.

The pod itself, is brilliant. Providing exactly what I was after. Well built and holds the heat really well across the very cold days.

Andy and the fitters were great. We had a large garden room built for what will be a games room/bar for the whole family to enjoy. The building looks great and was constructed within a week and the fitters really cared about what they were doing and produced a great build. Would definitely recommend custom garden rooms.

Corner Pod Garden Office Room.

We was looking at having a more up to date and modern garden office installed in place of an older wooden garden office which was at the end of its life cycle.
We did our research and contacted at least 3 company’s advertising what we were looking for some local company’s included.
Custom garden rooms were the only ones who replied and their communication and advice throughout the project was excellent.
We were invited to their showroom to view the options and to see the quality of the structures which is first class. We recommend to do the visit.
Following the visit a site survey was carried out to ensure everything was suitable for indtallation.
The installation date was set and the installation team arrived on time and got on with the installation which was delayed by a day due to hitting bedrock when installing the ground screws but this was overcome and work continued and completed on schedule.
The installation team were friendly, efficient
,clean, knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way with a laugh and a smile a great bunch of guys and credit to the company.
We love the office and enjoy working in it, we have had so many compliments on the look and style of the office it really has enhanced our lifestyle and property.
We would not hesitate to recommend Andrew and his team at Custom Garden Rooms if your looking for a quality modern garden room look no further.

Andy, Jason and the entire team were fantastic! I’d been living with my daughter and needed space of my own but couldn’t find anything I could afford. My daughter did some research and found Custom Garden Rooms and we are so glad she did! I now have a perfect little home of my own at the end of my daughter’s garden. They helped every step of the way and then delivered above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. I have my own kitchen, bathroom and living space that they helped design. Nothing was too much trouble and they were unfailingly polite, kind and generous with the time and trouble they took. I honestly couldn’t be happier! Use them, you won’t regret it!

I'm really pleased with my garden studio pod, the whole experience was good. Jason and the other guys did an excellent job of installing the pod - they were very efficient, helpful and very polite. They were also very considerate with regards to the rest of my garden, taking great care around my pond, which is next to the pod. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. If you want a garden room, these are the people to go to.

We enquired with Custom Garden Rooms about having an annexe at our property to support my Mum. From the outset Andy clearly explained the process, timeline and costs associated with this type of project. We immediately felt reassured and at ease..and haven’t looked back since!

They took all of the stress out of this process and handled all of the paperwork, planning, and organisation for us. Their communication throughout has been thorough so we were always kept in the loop throughout each stage of the project.

The team were tidy, friendly and dedicated to producing a high quality build which really shows throughout the finishes in the annexe! They have amazing attention to detail and everything has turned out better than we could have imagined.

Andy and the team kept within our initial budget and time frame and as a result we have the most perfect home for my Mum.

Where do I start! Custom Garden Rooms are an absolute credit to their industry.

Having approached a few other garden pod companies, I knew after my first conversation with Andy that CGR were the company to go with.

Andy at CGR were the only company that suggested a different angle for my pod that made perfect sense for our garden space. Andy consistently kept in communication with us up until to the date of our build, (which only took 3 days!) answering all and any of my questions promptly and always with the highest level of professionalism.

The CGR team, (special mention to Joe!) were absolutely amazing from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble for them despite working hard in 32 degree London heat!

Custom Garden Rooms are super competitive, their work is second to none and the attention to detail they give to every element from design to end build is outstanding.

We are so pleased with our garden room. The service was excellent from start to finish. Andy addressed all of our queries in advance and the installation was so quick and efficient, and the guys were so polite, hardworking and very tidy. We also had an excellent experience with the electrician that Andy arranged for us (Olly from OMJ Electrical based in south London). He was really friendly, on time and completed the job very quickly.

The room itself looks great and feels like a very high quality structure. We are very excited to start using it.

I was looking for some outside office space, Custom Garden Rooms came recommended to me and I can 100% see why. From start to finish Andy and the team explained the process and were punctual, reliable and tidy with each part of installation. The space I had to fit was a tight squeeze but this was no issue and they tweeked a few things to make it work in the space given. I am thoroughly pleased with the end result, it was put together with great workmanship and it looks classy and sleek. I really cannot recommend Andy and the team enough.

I wanted an office that was functional, energy efficient, was built from materials that would stand the test of time, and would look amazing. I had assumed that I wouldn’t get everything I wanted but then I came across Andy and Jason from Custom Garden Rooms and their new invention, The Garden Pod. This ticked all my boxes so I made contact and placed my order.

I’m an engineer by trade so I’m all about the detail, the finite detail! Andy was very accommodating and explained the whole process to me which put me at ease. I wanted to improve the longevity of the pod so I asked Andy what they could do and they proposed using a composite decking and cladding, and although this was more cost it was something I was willing to go for. I also wanted to soften the inside of the pod so Andy proposed an acoustic wall panel which would make the pod look very posh indeed. Choosing samples was a doddle, Andy did all the hard work for me by providing samples of materials. All my choices had been made, the Pod was in production, now all I had to do is wait until installation date.

On the day of installation, and more specifically the ground screw installation, we hit a snag. The ground was too hard with bedrock less than 1 metre down. This wasn’t a problem though, as Jason was prepared for this eventuality and quickly organised for an alternative foundation option, which was the use of precast concrete blocks. To prevent any delays to the pod build Jason and his team came on a Sunday to lay the concrete block foundations and then returned the following day to start the build. Now this was quite a big build, it wasn’t just the pod but 35m2 of decking to boot. Jason and his team had 5 days to complete everything.

I was dubious at first, with so much to do in such little time, would they be able to deliver? My doubts soon faded though, Jason’s team were outstanding, and being an engineer and working in the Civil Engineering industry it takes a lot to impress me, and these guys did just that. They were courteous, clean and tidy, polite, very very hardworking and worked such long hours. Jason’s team smashed it out the park and I was so grateful.

The Pod Andy and Jason have built for me has exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re ever contemplating a Garden Pod then I couldn’t recommend Andy and Jason from Custom Garden Rooms highly enough. It’s a shame that I have to rate them 5 out of 5 as in my view they deserve 10 out of 5!!!!

Not just a standard pod! Initially I was looking at building a bespoke build from oak and cedar wood. Whilst searching for ideas I came across Custom garden rooms. The finish I was after involved blending in existing curved millboard decking a separate cupboard inside and cedar finish outside to match the house. From start to finish the project was completed efficiently and professionally. The project involved a 6 x 3 office corner pod. These pods are designed and premanufactured to make the install process quick and cost effective. Mike in sales and Andy sorting designs and final quotes were really impressive with their willingness to help, ideas to make it work and understanding of what I had in mind. With Acoustic panels along the main wall including led lighting, shelving, laminate flooring and internal blinds these pods compete with anything bespoke built at a fraction of the cost. All built within a couple of weeks too!! Very pleased with it! Big thank you to Jason for quality of install and the rest of the team for there constant efforts. We were looking for an outdoor games room for our kids - Andy and team were recommended by friends and very pleased with our choice. It was not the lowest price option but the quality of the construction is excellent. We believe it will maintain it's premium finish for many years. We had a larger size model but it sits well in our garden and provides space for a full size pool table, dart board and football table besides additional storage space each end.. it went up smoothly as promised and provides everything we wanted from it. They are an honest company who care about getting the correct product for the customer. Thanks guys. 🙏
