Twice I tried to purchase an online…
Twice I tried to purchase an online Apple product recently. First time it was stuck in processing for over a week. Then I received a cancellation notice when I checked online when I would be expecting delivery. Next time on another product the discount “at checkout” wasn’t giving the discount. Then the online discount disappeared a full day before the promotion was meant to be over. When I called customer service on the Monday they could only tell me the promotion was finished. Bought from John Lewis instead. Can’t be trusted to either honour purchases or process their own promotions. Waste of time. Go elsewhere

The delivery team arrived well before the scheduled delivery window, which forced me to cancel an important pre-scheduled meeting so I could be home.
Then, even though there were two delivery workers, only one person initially carried the large TV by himself. He ended up dropping one side of the box on my stairs. I am now concerned about possible damage to the TV.
Very disappointing experience. If two people are assigned to deliver a heavy item, both should be carrying it.
Get out of the online business
First and foremost the website itself is difficult to use..also COSTCO tends to show what you can get online and not what is available in store..I no longer waste my time with the delivery end of it and for what membership costs they should do a much better job but they dont

The first line Online Customer Service people are getting very very bad at not investigating problem issues in a through manner. I questioned the response for the front line person and had to insist he get a manager involved. Than the problem was investigated like he should of done in the first. Making his original response totally wrong. What is the use of these first line people???

Ordered a week ago items and still shown as processing on the website.
No communication from Costco at all, the customer service is appalling.
I'm considering cancelling my membership too as the store experience is also going down hill rapidly as they seem to be letting anyone who wants to join now.
Very stressful experience and long queues ever time we go and the prices are very expensive too, you can get same items cheaper elsewhere now.
Disappointed – Costco discontinued part of my furniture set.
I bought the Allington furniture set from Costco and spent over a year trying to purchase the matching footstool, which was always shown as “out of stock.” Only after chasing customer service was I told it had actually been discontinued.
As a result, I’m left with an incomplete set costing thousands of pounds, with no notice, no alternative, and no goodwill or compensation offered. Very disappointing experience from Costco.

Costco in store is great but if you buy through them online, their customer service is awful. Extremely hard to get through to and inexperienced. Issues take months to resolve! Beware!
The delivery was on time…On Time Couteous but lacked knowledge
The delivery was on time drivers/installers were polite and efficient installing the stacking washer n dryer. Metro Supply Chain 3PL needs to instruct the installers about dryer fires and what causes them. I wish I could post the pictures of the dryer tube/vent. I would have had a fire in under a month and the dryer would never have worked properly if I had not checked it. Hence the 2 star review.
Poor service delivery and awful customer service from Costco
Poor service delivery, broken box, ripped packages and broken bottles. Called Costco, could not do same day returns/replacements. Expect clients to ship back the items ????? Spent more time dealing with the returns that was supposed to save time. Plus I have a big box of garbage items in front of my house which I have asked to be picked up but apparently I'll get a follow up email. Talk about making your shopping easier !!!

Costco in-store is good but costco online has very poor and unprofessional service. I ordered a washing machine and fridge online . The delivery was planned one week after the order #761663410. On the day of the delivery the courier called and told me that I have to pay for on-street parking for their vehicle . I was on my way to work and was unable to pay them so they left without delivering. This is the most absurd experience I ever had with a delivery . Imagine if royal mail and Amazon starts demanding parking fee from customers for delivering letters and goods. The worst part is there was no communication from costco regarding the failed delivery. When I called the customer service they just couldn't care less. The online chat was worse. They also do not seem to want to communicate via email and have no customer service email address.
1st last and worse online purchase experience
6 times talking with customer service. 2 Trips to the store. Thousands waiting to be refunded. Two open box or tampered laptops because they can't secure a package sold as new. Wasted time researching/ traveling talking, gas, interest. Dashed hopes, exhausted, awful first/last buy online. Bonus softwares and discounts lost with return of opened box. Store manager didn't care, representatives for online don't appear to be trained well. Awful experience.

Extremely poor service. I always have to line up in the queue and answer a lot of questions, but in the end I was left without any explanation. It could not help me solve the problem. I wonder why they even run an online service as well as a customer service email!
Poor management response to an injury…
Poor management response to an injury in Coral Springs, Fl store. A customer rammed their cart into my back while I was standing. It was a hard impact and I was in pain. Not one manager had professionalism or proper protocol when a member has incurred an injury. The loss prevention person came out and said where did it happen. Not one of the people in mgmt knew how to act professionally nor be trained with the proper protocol in this situation. They did not even offer an ice pack.

Very rude employee
Well, shopping after church for just a couple of items my husband wanted who is a 91 year-old with heart and dementia problems. Unable to leave him alone for long? I had to park so far out he was unable to do the walking after getting the items I sat him down to go get the vehicle. It would’ve taken three minutes at the most to unload these items but a lady come jugging out to tell me I couldn’t park there. I said I’m just you can’t park here she says and keep on and on. I would’ve been gone way before I was if she did just shut up and left me alone I tried to explain why I had done it. I have I am traveling and so don’t really have anyone to leave my husband with. I’ll do the shopping we are from Billings, Montana and in Billings. There is not a problem like this at all. I can’t imagine a place she told me to do it at the back of the parking lot And I explained that was the problem this happened at the Burlington Washington store and I found her very rude would not listen. Little Miss Aria needs to learn some manners.

purchased an electric guitar through a link on their website. turned out to be a scam . given tracking number etc which linked through chinese delivery company. followed track to my door , signed for this morning, not by us. tried to contact the company direct turns out to be an italian clothes company called fiorenzo moda, certainly not a guitar company.
i clicked on costco Squire stratocaster mustang by fender electric guitar Affinity series pack black. be aware the time critical offer is a scam. i now have to try explain to my son who has ADHD and anger issues that his birthday present will not be turning up. always check links before you buy anything. never thought this would happen to me
