So dünn wie ein Schinkenblatt, Druck unscharf, trotzdem die teuerste Playmat die ich bis jetzt bestellt habe. Bildmaterial auch NICHT lizenziert.

I have order a custom playmate .zero help during the processus . Their software is bad . At the end the result is bad . The image is cut . Go somewhere else to do that .

Werde dort leider nicht mehr bestellen.
Die Matte wurde falsch gedruckt und als ich es angemerkt habe, wurde nur gesagt es wurde so gedruckt wie bestellt, absoluter Mist weil es nicht stimmt. Falsches Spielfeld und das Bild war am Rand nicht mehr lesbar, absolut enttäuscht

Die Playmat wurde unglaublich schnell geliefert & die Qualität ist super!

Ordered a custom size playmat for my games table, received an update saying due to lack of materials there would be a delay of around a week. A month later, not a single update, multiple support requests all ignored, had to resort to paypal to get a full refund.

Custom Playmat made it very easy, quick and affordable to print my own playmats. I provided a high resolution image to ensure the quality was good and the printing was better than I could have imagined. The colours were vibrant and the details were precise, I have been extremely impressed. The material used for the mats is also high quality, they look and feel like they will last and Custom Playmat also provided a bag that holds 2 mats. I strongly recommend this shop, they provide an awesome service.

Ich habe schon öfter Spielmatten bestellt und war bisher immer mit der Qualität mehr als zufrieden. Die Farben sind Mega, Die Mattten hochwertig. Top Preis Leistung kann ich nur sagen. Sie kamen auch immer mega schnell bei mir an, obwohl ich in Österreich wohne 😊.

Ich habe mir eine Custom Playmat bestellt und bin wirklich super zufrieden. Die Qualität stimmt und der Versand war extrem schnell. Kläre Empfehlung!

Sehr guter Shop für Costum Playmats.
Ich habe bereits 5 für mich bestellt und 4 für meine Freunde.
Sowohl die One Piece als auch Magic Kartenzonen sind echt top.
Außerdem war der Support für mich da, als ich eine super spezielle Anfrage hatte: Für das Gesellschaftsspiel Risiko ein sehr großes Spielbrett als Matte.

Ich bleibe weiterhin Stammkunde

First order I made, 2 playmats, no problem.
2nd order, 2 playmats : the image is tilted, not aligned with the edge. I contacted the customer service, they answered after a long time and sent me new playmats. But they had the same problem. Finally, they refunded me.
3rd order, 2 playmats : the image is not centered, it is shifted to the left. I contacted their customer service, but no answer after 1 week...

I wrote an email to the adress info@custom... I got an automatic answer "Messages to this address will not be answered."...

In a nutshell : quality is random, can be good or really bad. Customer service is almost non-existent.

Customer Service inexistent. I asked less than 1 hour after to cancel an order,sent multiple mails and they didn't answer and proceeded to mark the order as sent the next day.

1st EDIT 08 October 2024 : They refunded me completely for the shipment i asked to be deleted,so the customer service is slow but they're a serious company!

Wir haben 4 kleine und eine große Matte bedrucken lassen. Geliefert wurde eine kleine und eine große. Beide leider sehr schief bedruckt. Nach Kontakt mit dem Support mit Bitte um die restlichen Matten und einem Reprint der schiefen Matten wurden nach 3 Wochen dann die restlichen 3 Matten nachgeliefert. Leider auch schief. Also hier werden wir definitiv nicht mehr bestellen. Sehr schade.

Die „Bemerkung“ Funktion ist nur Deko, darauf wurde nicht eingegangen und dann „falsch“ produziert. Nachrichten an den „Support“ werden ignoriert.

Solltet ihr Probleme mit der Matte haben bleibt ihr drauf sitzen

I ordered playmats twice here already. The first time I had a small misprint on the mat, where I assume that the mat was moved while being printed. I sent a picture and got an answer within a few hours "We redo that". I got the replacement only a few days later without any additional charge or inconvenience. The quality is great (you should send in high quality pictures tho) and you can wash the playmats by machine. 10/10

Ich habe zwei one Play Mats mit Wunschmotiv bestellt sowie Schutz Röhren für die Mats. Es kam sehr schnell bei mir an und war überrascht wie qualitativ die Matten hergestellt wurden. Ich kann vom liefern, Preis und Qualität nichts aussetzen. Gerne wieder !

When I asked for a refund or exchange, they refused and then stopped responding (i send pictures).
Final product with a strong smell of chemicals that smells the room, even after several washes.
