James was great from start to finish dealt with my situation and resolved very quickly excellent communication and very happy with the service

pensions can be a bit confusing i needed to check that some salary sacrifice had been accounted for and creative pension confirmed promptly and accurately

Have tried to block my pension transfer out of Cushon. Honestly when i thought i could be done with them they have reached new depths of incompetence.

Our company joined Cushon and their straightforward approach made me finally want to try and push to merge my old pension pots. Cushon made the whole process so simple and the easy to use app was brilliant. I would recommend Cushon to new businesses wanting to give their staff a great pension scheme. I can finally see my pension working for me and make decisions with a click of a button.

I have tried several times to contact customer service number, hang on for 45 mins, then pressed options for call back....nothing, what poor customer service..

I love Cushon. The app is so easy to navigate and it is easy to see your savings activity in seconds. Easy to add funds and I had a minor issue which they resolved right away. Great way to invest a little money and see it grow.
Only comment is that it says this is unprompted and that is not correct as I received an email asking me to rate it.

I was able to easily download, set up and use the app, see my pension and I was able to transfer my pension from other pension provider. Cushon pension provider did all the transfer process which would have been a bit difficult for me to recover. You are doing a great job.

It was fast to initiate a transfer but have the funds in my bank account is taking days. I couldn't transfer all my pension funds.

forms to access my wifes pension were sent recorded delivery and we were informed by the post office that ythey had been recieved on enquiring further with Cushon they informed my wife that they had lost them We tried to send the forms they re sent to her by email only to be told they cannot open them as its coming up as spam now on our third set of forms What a tottally inept company to have the misfotune of dealing with

Started a draw down policy with cushon, the first payment should have been on the 20/05/26. Did not receive anything, I rang them and was told someone would contact me, no payment the next day rang and asked why no one has been in contact, I then received an email informing me that they were aware of the problem and I should receive my money by the 4/6/26. If I did not chase them at what point would they have bothered to contact me. Not the first issue I have had with them. Complaint procedure is now in place, what could take up to eight weeks.
Absolutly shocking.

I lost my job last year hence no income coming in for me and my son. I have 3 types off brain disorders which makes me totally disabled and bedridden. I contacted Cushon /Creative Pension and was told to prove I was disabled and would get money in one lump some tax free. I sent all proof Disabilty Certificate,letters from GP and Neurologist. I was informed today that it was not approved. I explained mu son and I needed the money as we were going to be homeless. I am absolutely heartbroken . I have appealed today. Let's hope we get good news. Will keep you posted if I do.
