I placed my order on 2 July and have still not received my heart shaped plaque. I was told on 12 August my order had been lost in transit and they would need to ship my order again. I’m still waiting. I’ve sent emails asking about my order on 5th and 9th September and they haven’t even bothered to reply.
Terrible company who have basically just taken my money.

I received the most beautiful glass plaque. Just keep in mind that they protect the glass by putting a film over it and make sure you get the film off instead of thinking something is wrong with it. The staff are also wonderful as they helped me to figure this out!!!

I received excellent customer service from start to finish. I needed to change something on my order and they did it easily and sent me a picture of how it would look. The item arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I would recommend this company as they are quick to reply to messages and provide excellent service. Thank you for all of your help.

Bought 3 mugs for my Registered Nurse colleagues. The quality is awesome and the personal design I chose for each one, was perfect.
My colleagues loved them, they said " they had never seen anything like them before".
They have been through the dishwasher and come out perfect.

I was able to fully customize my item exactly the way I wanted it to be. It was shipped to me very quickly, and it turned out to be very nice quality. I was able to give it to my dad as a wonderful and hilarious Father’s Day gift, and he absolutely loved it.

Can't speak highly enough about this company, whilst personalising the canvas I had to contact them 3 times to slightly alter either text or the picture details, they came back to me so quickly and changed what was needed, we love our treasured memory of our beautiful molly x

Despite their use of fancy descriptions such as 'finely textured artist-grade cotton substrate which consistently reproduces image details with outstanding clarity', the products these people sell are crap. They are cheaply made and they are shoddy. Think $2 Store / Discount Variety Store type garbage and that's what you'll receive if you buy a printed canvas from CusGifts. I paid $60 US and received a canvas made out sub-par material, with blurry text all wrapped up in a cheap and nasty frame. My 4 year old nephew could have done a better job, that's how appalling it is.

Have a good look around their website. Take note of the complete absence of any 1, 2 or even 3 star ratings on their review page. No-one has EVER (according to them) given them a rating less than 4 stars. Why? Well it's not for the reasons they would like you to believe........it's because they simply don't publish less than favourable reviews. They sure as hell didn't publish mine. How they actually get away with this is beyond me...but thankfully places like Trustpilot exist so I am able to tell people what CusGifts is really all about.

So please heed my words and give CusGifts a big miss. FYI, if you think you can make a purchase from these people using PayPal as a safe guard then think again. PayPal don't care if what you received is cheaply made over priced crap, they will side CusGifts. You have been warned.
