Nie wieder , Artikel kamm sehr spät war viel zu klein und man konnte es nicht mehr umtauschen.
Obwohl beim Artilkel normale Umtauschregeln standen.

Nie wieder Geld ist weg und man hat nichts davon sehr unserios

i ordered a bra for an event - it took them 20 days to deliver - throughout this time I tried to cancel multiple times as I knew it would not arrive in time. They would not let me . As soon as it arrived I requested a refund they told they I could not return a bra once the package had been opened due to hygiene policy . They did not tell me this beforehand or I would not have opened the package- although I doubt they would have refunded in any case . They have essentially just stolen £37 off me . They had the cheek to offer me 30% off my next order - I wouldn't buy anything off them ever again.

The bra itself is also cheap and poorly made ... Please read the other reviews as this seems common practice . If I could I would give them 0 stars.

Terrible Experience – Avoid!

I ordered 3 of the same item in different sizes from Curvy Power. It took 12 days to arrive, which is already disappointing. When I tried to return the 2 unused items that didn’t fit, I was told I couldn’t because I’d used their “welcome 10% discount” – something NOT stated anywhere in their terms and conditions or made clear at the point of purchase.

To make things worse, their website has conflicting terms and conditions, which I thankfully spotted, and only because of this do I anticipate a refund (after threatening to involve Trading Standards!).

The customer support experience has been awful – slow, dismissive, and I’ve had to fight back and forth just to get my consumer rights recognised. Absolutely shocking service.

Avoid this company – misleading policies, poor communication, and an overall exhausting experience.

Habe einen Bodyshaper bestellt , kam nach 5 Wochen an wo er nicht mehr benötigt wurde! Zurück senden ging auf keinen Fall, da es sich um Intimwäsche handeln würde. Auf der Website steht alle Artikel ohne Ausnahme können umgetauscht werden!
Nach Mehrmaligen schreiben, musste ich feststellen das die Antwort immer die gleiche war, und Maschinelle geschrieben.Hätte rechtliche Schritte einleiten können, habe davon abgesehen da sich das Unternehmen im Ausland befindet
Nie wieder ,nicht zu empfehlen!

Les articles reçus ne correspondent pas et comme ce sont des sous vêtements impossible de retourner et prendre la taille au dessus 😏

I ordered 2 products to try and work with my wedding dress.
I did exactly as said and tried them on with my underwear still on and hardly even got them on my body before realising they absolutely did not fit.
There is no hygiene issue with these products at all - they were on for less than 10 seconds.
You can return a bikini in other retailers so why not this.
They also said because I used a discount code I wasn’t eligible for a refund. It wasn’t like it was a sale item - they just offered a new customer welcome discount. I don’t want the discount money back - only the money I paid.
This is over £70 I’ve wasted and can‘t afford when I’m spending lots of money on my website.
It’s such a horrible feeling and causing me stress and anxiety in the run up to my wedding.
I’m shocked and appalled a company can operate like this.
Would never use or recommend again!

Awful company , over two weeks delivery , when the items arrive they were totally unsuitable. The company has refused to return as bras are ‘intimate apparel’ I only took one bra out of the bag, saw it wouldn’t be right for me ( had I physically seen the items I first I would never have purchased them ) the other one hasn’t been out of the bag. Neither have been tried on, the company have flatly refused a refund . It is impossible to fully check the suitably of items of clothing on line , other company’s operate a returns policy to cover this, this feels like a scam. Not happy 🤬

the product is incredibly well made, high quality and comfortable. Shipping was fast and all the information I needed was easy to access on the website.

I should have read these reviews before ordering. I ordered a bra using their size guide after 22 days it arrived and was far too big .l asked to return it there website states you can but they refused my request.They are a con company

i have just had a new shoulder op and wanted a front fastening bra, i opened the packet to inspect the item and realised the item would not be suitable, I requested a returns form. They would not send me one as I had opened the packet. Not worn. just opened, Their terms and conditions state the bra should not have been worn, it was not. they very cheekily offered me 30% off my next purchase, how dare they? SUCH SHARP PRACTICE

I had a similar experience to another customer on here, but worse. I specifically asked this company if I could return the bra if it didn't fit, and I also asked did simply 'trying it on', count as 'worn'. I wanted to be sure I could get an exchange or my money back if it didn't fit. I was told trying it on would be fine, and wouldn't count as worn. Their customer services did reply, but first said they did not exchange worn items, then they said that because it was bought using a discount code (which they automatically apply) I could not get a refund for this reason. I showed them a screen shot of having paid full price, and there was no discount code applied to it at all. That seems to be the scam part of all this. I did receive my item, but it is useless because it doesn't fit, and they are no longer answering emails since I threatened to report them to UK Trading Standards, as I have definitely been mis-lead and mis-sold to through there own customer services team. I approached another company with the same question at the same time, and got the same name as customer services, so I do wonder if these two companies selling similar products are one and the same. If I could leave a no star rating I would, and also wish I'd read reviews here on this company before I went ahead and purchased something from a company I'd never used before.

It’s a Scam

Company does not accept any returns, even though on the website they state they do (not for underwear). They would not accept my mother’s returns even for the order which did not arrive, it never came - they did not refund her.

Save your money and do not order from them

Good fit, love the proper bust and lenth

Absolutely love the item, does exactly what I wanted it to & I couldn’t be happier. Only reason not a 5* review is the length of time taken to receive it.

Sizing is not true to size. Size way too big and they refuse to exchange. I feel completely ripped off, Total waste of money. Do not buy from this company.
