Ive started my journey with them recently. I was referred to Curam by someone who is working for them as a carer.
Since I've joined this platform, my experiences so far have just been positive.
From the start I was clear on where I could find support from them and how to contact if any problems.
The app-platform is supportive, clear and simple to use with all necessary resources readily available.
Their communication has been great so far, and I've had my approval meeting with a lovely lady called Bethan. She has further sent me all necessary links and gave me reassurance on support in case any questions or problems.

Curam Care Platform
I am in the process of trying to organise a team of carers to help me and to make the transition from my present care company to using Curam and have had Lynn helping me for over a year which has been great. I am now just starting with Jennifer who I met up with yesterday and she will be commencing work with me on Tuesday. Cut out the agency!
Curam cuts the agencies out of the carer client relationship. The result is a better return to both carer and client. Also...clients can choose their own carer. It's a great platform. I highly recommend both clients and carers to use it

Horrible and rude company
Horrible and rude company. Closing your accounts if you don't pick up the call when they call. I would not recommend anyone to work with them. High fee and too much controlling.

At Curam we will suspend or close accounts if we believe there is a safeguarding risk or if an account holder isn’t adhering to Curam’s t&cs. Unfortunately, we cannot find an account under the name you have left this review under, therefore we are unable to investigate this further. Please do get in touch with our support team at carer@curam.io, and they will be able to help or provide more insight as to why your account is blocked. It is free to join the Curam platform and our only fee is 15% once care has been booked, giving us the lowest fees in the sector.

The way some issues on the Curam platform were explained and made it easy for me. For instance forming the micro team. I was also happy to know that I can combine the self employment with PAYE. It's was worth meeting up face to face.
