AET level 3 course review
I took part in the AET level 3 course and it was absolutely wonderful , I enjoyed being able to do the course in my own time. Wonderful tutors and want to specially mention Deborah who went out of her way to clarify something for me when I was unsure. Would definitely recommend 😊

Was a great course
Was a great course, website really easy to use and full of useful information to help me complete the course. Had a lovely assessor Deborah who was always available within reasonable time. And her feedback was very constructive and helped me complete the course. Only negative I would comment on is the five days it takes to sometimes have your work graded I felt was a bit long.

Level 3 AET
This Level 3 AET course is great! Engaging online resources available 24hrs a day through the online portal, and expert guidance from the mentors and assessors, made fitting this in around my full-time job a breeze! Highly recommended for anyone looking to get started in the adult education sector.

Level 3 Award in educaton
I recently completed my Level 3 Award in Education and Training with Angela Buick, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Angela’s expertise and dedication truly made the learning process enjoyable and effective, she went above and beyond to ensure that all that I understood the material thoroughly.
Overall, my experience was really positive thank you, CTC training!

HLTA Course
HLTA Course. There was no 'teaching' or any real guidance or active learning that was directed by CTC, only questions to research and regurgitate answers. It was uninspiring. The only growth I had was by observations from my own SLT, which you can arrange without doing a course. It was very 'tick box'. Only worth doing if you are required by your school to have the qualification. CTC also did not allow me access to my work less than a year after completion, citing 'archived. Disappointing for a large fee paid to do the course.

Having had a chance to talk with the team, I thought it best to reply to some of the comments you have made. Firstly, 1-1 sessions are available to book in with your designated tutor. We always recommend booking an induction with your tutor before starting your course to explain how this works and run through the various support channels that are available to you.
Each learner has different requirements and we aim to provide a broad range of different support options so that we cater for all of these learning styles.
It's disappointing to hear that you felt that the support you would have valued was not available but I can assure you that had you reached out to us we would have been happy to point you in the direction of our expert team.

I suffer with adhd
I suffer with adhd, I asked when purchasing if this was difficult as there was not a tutor present. Was assured I would have support. I had trouble navigating their platform. I left various messages to be told my tutor had left. Then I was poked fun at as I hadn't yet completed the course and "most people find this easy and get this done within 3 months). I have a new tutor Kelly and she refused to call me as she has new work now an has not got the time to help me. Awful company. Doesn't care if u have trouble. Very rude and make you feel very uncomfortable asking for help me

Having taken the time to review this internally, we felt the need to clarify a few of the issues you have raised here.
Speaking with the team, it is clear that you have been offered plenty of support throughout your qualification with us, including a 1-1 40 minute consultation that was carried out recently where a huge volume of work was reviewed and given feedback on.
When you requested a meeting recently unfortunately there were no slots available on that day as these were likely taken by people who had booked these in. We advised it might be worthwhile to have a go at answering some of the questions and then when it came round to the next meeting, we could have some content to talk through and feedback on to make this as productive as possible.
We are always happy to arrange these meetings however as you will appreciate other meetings cannot be cancelled in order to fit in your last minute request.
Furthermore, we have at no point suggested that you had to complete this qualification in 3 months. In fact, we have allowed additional time, now approaching on 2 years to give you the best opportunity to complete this qualification despite several instances now when you have been rude to team members.

Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. We always value feedback whether it's positive or negative. In this situation, haveing investigated this case, it appears this review is very unfair.
Feedback was supplied to you straight away once assignments were submitted however no actions were taken on these and then you did not log back in until leaving this review.
We have hundreds of reviews from learners who have taken on board the feedback given and go on to complete their qualifications.

Just don't bother
This company is dreadful at communicating. I ignored the terrible feedback on their student Facebook group and went ahead. But I should have trusted so many other students... I cancelled my course and asked them to refund me my last payment as I have had to pay out to a superior company to get my AET training. Obviously they said no...

In regards to our review policy, we do provide refunds however this needs to be done within our set period and not halfway through the course is completed unfortunately.
