This was a fantastic training course to be involved in. My tutor for this course was fantastic and very helpful in all queries I had on the unit assignments I was to complete. The materials available to read through in answering the topic questions on the unit assessments was plentiful and pretty simple to understand context wise. Also the Microteaching element of the course was pretty fun to do with developing your own lesson plan, scheme of work, PowerPoint and video. Highly recommend.

CTC was came recommended and it didn't disappoint regarding the course and my tutor. The recorded webinars for each module are VERY useful and my tutor was prompt with responses and marking. I plan to do courses with them in the future.

However, three minor points to note.

1. Module 3 - pls split into 3a) and 3b) as it's sheer length is overwhelming.

2. On a webinar, another student - seemingly tech savvy - was having some tech probs with the course. It wasn't clear whose side the problem was on. The tutor became a little defensive. as an onlooker, I feel that the best course of action would've been just to connect the student with CTC's IT department.

3. No response from CTC's support team. I contact them twice via website chat (I think) and definitely via email as I wanted to get my Totum, student discount card. When I tried to register for it, it said that I needed a code of something that I'd have to get from CTC. I contacted CTC twice to no avail, no response and I've now completed my course - so no student discounts for me which would've been useful.

All of these minor points are easy to amend, so worth noting for the future CTC team. However, as I said - course and tutor were excellent.

The course is laid out very well with step by step guidance, fantastic use of on-line resources and the human factor is always just an email away for that extra help. I would recommend taking the time to attend the workshops for each section it gives valuable tips on how to complete the course with the minimum of stress.

The resources available were excellent, and very comprehensive, but i found the fact i got a specific tutor assigned was really helpful, i got constructive feedback on my work when it was graded, which made sure i could produce my best work, the tutor was also very helpful when i needed any help or had concerns, some online courses i have done you feel left to it, not this one, help was readily available, and the course is split into units so it makes it feel more achievable, especially when doing this around family and work commitments.

I regret to share my disappointing experience with the Level 3 Teaching Course after investing six months of time and effort. Despite multiple attempts to address feedback in each stage of the course, the assessor continues to identify new issues with my assignments. Furthermore, the delayed feedback process, taking up to two weeks for each submission, has significantly hindered my progress and overall learning experience.

I have attempted to communicate my concerns via email, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. When I finally decided to call and request a review of my course, I was met with an unprofessional and hostile response from their advisor, who became angry about my complaint. I hope their manager reviews the call records to understand the severity of this incident.

Having interacted with many small family businesses in the past, I expect a certain level of respect, patience, and non-judgmental behavior when dealing with customer concerns. Sadly, this institution has failed to meet those expectations.

As they do not have a Google page or review section, I felt compelled to share my experience on Trustpilot, hoping that it remains visible for others who may be considering enrolling in this course.

Overall, I am deeply disappointed with the quality of education, communication, and customer service provided by this institution and would not recommend it to others seeking a positive and professional learning environment.

I enrolled on my AET with CTC about 15 months ago with a view to delivering pre hospital emergency medicine training for the company I work for. The course was very well priced and I did worry that this may be at the detriment of quality or reliability. It definitely didn't.

I would say that the course is definitely more suited to a self motivated person and not one that needs to be heavily lead, as it is down to you to knuckle down and complete the workbooks yourself. There are plenty of options for group seminars and 1-1 sessions alongside the online lessons.

The course allows 12 months to complete, but you can pay extra to extend the course per month. I used this facility for a couple of months.

Excellent course. Was hard for me to get at the end. (My courseworks were submitted more than once.!)
But was the best way for me to learn new skilks and reach the desired standard.
Deborah (my tutor) was strict but supportive when I was struggle.

The entire course was well structured, plenty of time to prepare and research, new terms and concepts. Plenty of resources.

I would recommend the course only to those that are genuinely interested in teaching and learning.

I was very impressed with the way the course was structured. This is my first online qualification; and I learned a lot. I liked the way that the course is designed to force you to learn. There are no short-cuts; the virtual workshops, unit assignments, all the resources provided are very well organised, accessible and anyone who wants to learn can do the course, everything is very well thought off for us. I was truly impressed. I would also specifically thank Kelly, my tutor who was an enormous help and guide throughout the course; very approachable an quick to respond. Thank you!

CTC provides incredible resources to ensure you have all you need to learn and your tutor is responsive and supportive. The reading list they suggest is also easily accessible. Overall CTC offers brilliant value for your money.

The course was really easy to access. The recourses were brilliant and helpful. I found Angela was quick to respond and knew the subject very well. I’d highly recommend.

I thought this training was really well structured and organised, with user friendly, easy to navigate online systems. The CTC course appears to covers a wider range of content compared to other training providers. I was unable to link into the live workshops, however, all workshops are recorded and available to view at any time, which I found really useful. This removed the stress of trying to free up time to attend workshops during my busy working day, which was not possible for me. Course material, including interactive presentations was well received. I was assigned a tutor, Angela Buick, who was incredibly knowledgeable. Angela was responsive to any queries I submitted and assessed and graded my work assignments speedily. Receiving a grading and constructive feedback quickly helped me remain positive and determined to continue. Thank you

The support and constructive feedback I received was outstanding, as was the course content. The more you put into the course, the more you really do get out of it.
The tutors respond really quickly to questions and the online workshops for each unit, I would highly recommend as you are guided through what is expected in an answer.

There was a quick turnaround from my submission of work to feedback or passing. Angela was very good at personalising the feedback.

Would recommend this course. When I speak to people the qualification and course has a good reputation.
It is all online, and you can choose a pace that fits in with life. You have a year to complete, but there is also an option to extend monthly with a fee.
Really good content such as reading lists, presentations, workshops, videos and assessor support.

Clear guidance and information throughout. Work submissions were marked efficiently, with constructive feedback. Angela was a great support.

It has been a very nice experience to learn online with CTC. Teaching resources, Online meeting/workshops helped me quite a lot.... but the help which got from my tutor, Angela Buick, was precious. Prompt replies of my questions with simple and effective explanations and guidance for the next stage helped me to climb up this academic ladder quickly!!!

I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking about a career in teaching to start by taking this course. I found it very informative and helpful, and it has giving me the start tools to possibly a career in teaching environment. Online support has been great and messages always answered within a timely manner, great feedback is always provided.
