ordered a coin 5 weeks ago still haven't got even a notice that it's being shiped.when you call csn your on hold for 45 minutes . their not even sure when it's going to be shipped. so we canceled the order and want nothing to do with csn.your guy on tv talks about 25 years of sales and how you can trust him and csn. Right

Coin arrived just as advertised. Beautiful!!

Horrible company!! They take atleast 30 days to ship your coins!! If for what ever reason you cancel your order it takes 6-10 days to return you money, however this is an exaggeration. I commented, warning people of their unfair practices and they blocked me.

So i have been a repeat customer several times and the buying process is quick, it’s like the swipe of the card and your completed. The rest is uncomfortable, slow and it almost feels like we buy it from you, you buy it for us, it takes a couple of weeks to get it to you and then you process it and a month or so later you ship it to us. Like anywhere else, quick to take our money and slow to get it to us. If this goes into a automatic file and not read by human eyes I just wasted my time with this review

I have enjoyed buying coins from CSN Mint. My experience has been nothing but outstanding!

Haven't received anything but a pile of advertising.

I would rate it zero but I can't I never received my coins. I'd like to know where my coins are. Or give me my money back. I can't remember the date I ordered on my ordered them right away but I think it was in the end of May end of June.

I was offered a discount from the beginning, placing an order was easy, my questions were answered, items were shipped quickly and I received the shipment quickly and it was in excellent condition.

First and last time ordering coin from csn!!!
They gladly take payment the day of transaction and then customer wondering if ever will receive the item…
Four to six weeks processing before it ships…unacceptable,,,outrageous…better service from my other suppliers!!!
If I knew,I would never have ordered from csn!!

I placed an order for "In Stock" coins on 5/28/26. I was informed they would ship in 4 weeks. No problem. Here we are July 24th and no shipment. Responses from customer service say, we are working on it. Terrible service in my opinion.

How can I leave a review for something that I don’t even have? I’ve been waiting for FIVE weeks for my order to come in. I have to rate your company as a 1 for customer service. When I call no one answers the phone! I have called several times with hold times between thirty minutes to over an hour and no one picks up the phone. What kind of service is that.

They have a nice selection . The prices are fair enough. But when it comes to delivery service they are the worlds worst. They say four to six weeks for delivery you can count on it. My last order was a two month wait. Take it from me and look around before you buy from CSN Mint. This is it for me.
