Very late on orders! Placed about 5 or 6 orders. Placed order for a numbered silver dollar waited till march to get it and they said the numbered ones sold out before I got mine

The order that I received was not the dimes. It was for the halve dollars. Hopefully the dimes will come soon.

CSN is a bit pricey but the product and service are Excellent

They delivered as promised and the coins were reasonably priced . I also liked having the phone number of a service rep who either answered right away or called me back in a timely manor

Sam is always friendly and very helpful when I want to order or have questions about products or my order.

While I appreciate the coins I receive, I am not happy with the time lag between when you charge my debit card and when you ship my products. I’m not certain I will continue to do business with CSN.

I never received my purchase. I ordered almost 2 months ago. I was charged a month ago but still haven't got it.

I have reached out to this place many times about the order and I still haven't received the order nor have they reached out I will not be buying anything ever again I will not use eBay for coons only

I still have not received my order which is supposedly on backorder due to high demand.

Ordered the 2026 quarters one month ago as of today and still haven't received the first shipment. My credit card was billed as soon as I placed the order. Not sure why, other companies don't bill until the order is shipped. Spoke with a sales rep on 8/4 and the first thing he said was it looks like your 2nd quarter is ready to ship. I said I still haven't received the first one yet. He said he would take care of it. A week later I still have not received a confirmation that the first order still hasn't shipped yet. Surprised my credit card hasn't been billed for the second one yet. Only reason I placed an order was they had what I wanted. Next time I will look around more and even pay a higher price if it means I will get my order in a reasonable amount of time .

All, Exactly one month after making this purchase, I still have not received the product. So, I won't be coming back. Perhaps in the future, you shouldn't sell things you don't have in house. You were sure quick to take my money a month ago, but haven't delivered in a timely manner. In my book...that's bad business.

I haven't even received the coin that I purchase over a month ago. On the show, of course, they said they are well stocked, etc. Ridiculous.

Spent $2,100 for coins. Can not respond as to product quality. Been waiting for 4 weeks and still waiting for delivery. Apparently they are selling product they don't have in stock.

Have not received my coins, reached out via email twice and have not received a response.

I ordered my coins on June 28 and as of today July 28 I still have not received my coins yet my credit card was charged on June 29.

Still waiting! It’s been several months and I still haven’t received my order.

Love the purchase but it takes too long to receive the product. I placed an order on 6/22 and it’s now 7/28 and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ll stick to my local coin shop in the future.

Terrible company I would never do business with it again they said they had the coins in stock and then when I called them, they said it could be up to 40 weeks then they held my money for 30 days

I ordered the silver eagle on June 22, 2026. It is now July 27, 2026. I received an email stating "Due to unprecedented demand for the 250th Anniversary (“Semiquincentennial”) product releases, we have encountered unexpected industry-wide delays." I ordered one from the US Mint on June 25, 2026 and received it in 7 days.
