CSGOBIG is Rigged!!!
Well what do you know, another crooked, scamming, rigged cases site. This one takes the cake and literally flips a switch and you wont win even if you tried to double up a penny. The games will pay 1 out of 100 if your lucky and they trick you in chat showing you that they have player's winning big amounts but I m reality it the streamers and when you win a group match and borrow 80%. If you happen to win big they show that you won that big item but its showers with only 20% profit. Regardless they are super crooked and the customer service is the worst. The three reps I spoke with don't give a damn about you and will actually make your gaming even worse. So if you are a sucker ready to lose your money go for it. If not just stay away. I wish I could get my 3800 back but I was a sucker, don't be like me. Lol seriously F them for not showing some love. No bonuses no wins because I informed them my gaming was bad. Big fail with CSGOBIG. Horrible

Rewards Removed With No Explanation or Response
After being a customer for nearly two years, this experience has been extremely disappointing.
My account was restricted and all reward-related features were removed without any explanation. I reached out to support and the marketing department multiple times, but instead of getting answers, everyone simply points to someone else. Support says marketing is responsible, marketing does not respond at all, and no one seems willing to take responsibility or explain who actually makes these decisions.
What is even more disheartening is that after two years of playing, I had to repeatedly message and push just to receive money that was rightfully mine and should never have been withheld in the first place. It creates the impression that players are expected to simply give up and accept that winnings or benefits can be removed without proper reasoning or accountability.
The lack of transparency, communication, and ownership in situations like this is very concerning. Regardless of internal departments, players deserve clear answers when their accounts are restricted or rewards are taken away.
Update:
Support later claimed that my rewards were removed due to “spamming roll to wager for leaderboard,” regardless of risk level. This rule is not published anywhere, and no prior warning was ever given.
What makes this explanation even more questionable is that I also played approximately $300–$400 worth of case battles during the same period, which support completely ignored when labeling my activity as “only spamming roll.” This shows that the decision was based on a selective interpretation of my gameplay rather than a full and fair review of my account activity.
When I asked where this rule is stated and why no warning was issued, the conversation was ended by an admin with “Have a good day,” without addressing the questions.
This further confirms that rewards can be removed based on undisclosed internal interpretations, without transparency, warning, or any meaningful appeal process.

Regarding account history: While your account was created two years ago, our records indicate that activity has been intermittent rather than continuous. Approximately 50% of your total deposits occurred during the recent leaderboard period. We mention this not to diminish your experience, but to provide accurate context.
Regarding payout timing: Once this matter was brought to our attention via the streamer on December 13th, your payout was processed on December 14th—a one-day turnaround. Your funds were paid out in full, and your account has no withdrawal restrictions.
Regarding the reward restriction: Our Gameplay Abuse Policy is publicly available in our FAQ section, which can also be accessed via the gameplay requirements page. It states: "Any form of play abuse may result in restrictions on your account. All bonuses, rewards, and other benefits from the website must be earned through genuine play—not through play farming or exploitative behavior."
A review of your activity showed that of approximately 60,000 credits wagered during the leaderboard period, roughly 52,000 came exclusively from Roll—a game mode commonly used to accumulate high wager volume with minimal cost impact. Case battles accounted for approximately 8,000 credits. This pattern is consistent with leaderboard farming, which undermines fairness for players engaging in genuine, varied gameplay.
Moving forward: We apply these policies consistently to protect the integrity of our leaderboards and ensure a fair experience for all players. We're sorry this situation didn't meet your expectations and remain available should you have further questions.
