What great service and so efficient.
What great service, from the initial enquiry to delivery the attention to detail was excellent. They found the exact vehicle I wanted although is short supply.
Regular phone calls from Kevin kept me informed and up to date with delivery and he then followed it up to ensure I was 100% happy with the vehicle once it landed. Will defiantly use them again and recommend to family and friends. many thanks Kevin and the team.

Quick & helpful van supplier.
Simon has always been helpful securing stock when required, making sure all options are considered & arranging wrap/ finance/ delivery to suit business needs. Our fleet is now over 60 vans, mostly through Crusader and we'll continue to look to do business as we grow the company further.

Helpful as always!
I have used Crusaders vans for a number of years now and have leased 5 vans through them to date. On the most recent occasion i was very unsure and indecisive about what i actually wanted. Jess in particular was very helpful, patient and helped me with a number of quotes on different options. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to using them again in the future.

I would highly recommend crusaders for van leasing. We have been a customer of crusaders for 5 years and have continuously received good service with competitive pricing. Our account manager Paul Radloff is very good and always happy to help with any queries.

Van Lease
From initial contact to the final delivery of the vehicle Jon my contact was polite and knowledgeable. He understood exactly what I needed. He informed me of the different options available and was obviously experienced in what he did. I needed a relatively fast delivery. Put me in contact with the finance people all went smoothly. The vehicle I was looking for was in stock and the whole process took approx 2 weeks. Very satisfied with the service and would use them again.

AVOID! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT!
I bought a used van with 33,000 miles from them in June 2024. After just three weeks, the engine developed a problem: it shakes, the engine management light is on, and the issue is similar to problems seen in vehicles with 150,000 miles. Clearly, the van is not fit for purpose and had the fault prior to the sale, making it eligible for a refund.
Crusader refuses to accept the van back, instead pushing us to go to the main dealer for repairs under warranty. However, the main dealers are booked up for 3-4 weeks just for diagnostics + another weeks of waiting, which is not an option for us.
We have formally rejected the van and set a deadline of July 31, 2024, for them to accept the vehicle back and process the refund. One way or another, the vehicle will be returned to them, either amicably or through legal action, as we can prove the vehicle had a fault prior to the sale.
I would recommend thinking twice and taking the positive reviews with a grain of salt.

1. Pre-Sale Inspection: Every vehicle sold by Crusader undergoes an inspection to ensure it meets our high standards. These are done, where possible by a main dealer as we do not have on site technicians. We aim to address any potential issues before the sale for peace of mind.
2. Follow-Up with Vauxhall Main Dealer: In response to your initial concerns, we arranged for the vehicle to be sent to a Vauxhall main dealer for a thorough diagnostic check and lights and levels check. After careful inspection, the dealer reported that no fault was found at the time of the test. We take such concerns seriously, and ensuring that the vehicle is safe and fit for purpose remains our priority.
3. Warranty and Repairs: We understand that delays in securing an appointment with your garage can be frustrating. While we do not control the dealership's scheduling, we always strive to assist in expediting the process where possible.
4. Vehicle Return and Refunds: We take claims regarding vehicle faults very seriously. If a vehicle is proven to have a pre-existing fault that makes the vehicle unfit for purpose, we are committed to resolving the matter fairly and in compliance with any consumer protection laws. At the time of writing this email, no proof has been provided to us by any garage that the vehicle has any issues as mentioned. It is also fair to mention your initial complaint was 4 weeks into ownership, to which you had covered just short of 5,000 miles with no complaint.
It is important to note that we have served thousands of happy customers for 20 years who have had positive experiences with our vehicles and services. Our commitment to customer satisfaction is unwavering, and we work diligently to ensure every customer is satisfied. This can be seen in our 5* Trustpilot and Google reviews.

Genuine Integrity and professionalism
After a terrible experience with, what I would have thought to have been a competitor of Crusader Vehicles Limited, Kevin at Crusader was a breath of fresh air, he took on my case as a matter of principle and delivered a better deal and service than anyone would have expected.
If you want a minimal fuss, GENUINE professional, efficient top class service this is the company for you.
