Very nice and helpful staff.

What a great experience from the time that we walked into the customer office area to the return of the motorhome. Whilst I did forget to ask for his name, the guy that greeted us and served us at reception (he said he was previously a mechanic) was exceptionally pleasant. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. The info that he provided guiding us through the features of the van was great.
The van itself was great. Comfortable and very fuel efficient.

Smooth hassle free, cost effective

The experience we travel with the car was wonderful!

What a terrible experience! Had problems with the motorhome and when we called them they said return to Brisbane depot and it will be fixed. Nothing was done when we returned it and wasted $2500 of our hard earned money for nothing! Their Brisbane depot was shown problems with the door latch’s not secured on pick and when shown their response was oh it will be ok!Also the double bed east secure and I and it collapsed and I fell through at hit the floor boards injuring my back. Since this incident my back hasn’t been the same with numerous visits to a chiropractor! I wish I could give a zero star ! Have since gone with another company and they really great!

Absolutely amazing experience!
We hired the 6-berth Cruisin Motorhome for our family road trip and couldn’t be happier. The van was spotless, comfortable, and easy to drive — perfect for long stretches on the road. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth.

We even accidentally left valuables in the van after returning it, and the team contacted us straight away and safely returned everything — that kind of honesty and care says it all!

We’ll definitely be booking with Cruisin again for our next adventure. Highly recommend them to anyone planning a road trip in Australia! 🚐✨

It was my first time renting a van, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
From the very beginning, everything went smoothly at the agency. Ish, who took care of our rental, was extremely friendly and professional. He took the time to explain in detail how the van worked and its specific features. When we returned the van at the end of our trip, Ish gave us a very warm welcome and also shared lots of useful advice for our next trip, which we truly appreciated. This experience alone makes me want to rent from this company again.
As for the van itself, everything was perfect, and customer service was very responsive whenever we had questions.
I highly recommend this company.

The Cruisin motorhomes team was very helpful from start to finish of our experience, we had no problems with the motorhome we booked! we were running almost an hour late on our drop off and the team were splendid, very accommodating and friendly!
We highly recommend them for a campervan trips and getaways across Australia!

Easy pick up quick efficent service easy drip off, great motorhome

We relocated a four berth high top from Perth to Brisbane. No walk through was offered at pick up. Pick up was delayed by two hours as vehicle not ready. Fridge was broken, kettle didn't work, windows leaked, the cutlery and crockery was filthy. No pot to boil water, thus no way of making tea or coffee. Uppn return, Jarod, Manager at Brisbane refused to offer any kind of good will compensation and advised we should have called the roadside assist for a new kettle, apparently we would have been offered $30 to purchase one on the Nullabor! I requested a $30 refund, despite hot drinks over the 10 day journey far exceeding $30. He absolutely refused to take any responsibility and pushed all the blame back on myself for not calling roadside assist for a kettle. Not a good way to win repeat business. Make sure a thorough walk through is offered at pick up with everything in good working order.

An incredible experience! We arrived with absolutely no road-trip plan, and Ish suggested an amazing itinerary that we ended up following to the letter. Great advice and such good vibes to kick off our trip.thank you again for everything ! The motorhome was perfect as well, we drove 1,400 km without a single issue. Everything worked flawlessly and was super clean.
